Description of Work: The work done was excellent but the price was high. I have gotten lower quotes for future work from others. I may not use Garon T. in the future because of price alone.

Description of Work: Snaked line, replaced tiolet. I called them at 8pm the night before and they were at my home by. 9:30 the next morning. Very courteous and professional.

Description of Work: Cleared drain pipe leading out of the house. Showed up very promptly and resolved the issue. Payed a lot of attention to verifying that problem was resolved.

Description of Work: My husband called on Saturday and requested an estimate on a new hot water heater. Left message. Woman from office returned call about an hour later and said Tom would call back Monday after reviewing his schedule. It is now Thursday Sept. 12th and we have not received a call back. If someone doesn't even call his customers back, then they can't be trusted to show up or complete a job.

Description of Work: I needed a hole drilled through to the cross-base and I also needed some kind of water back up system and they were done in like 20 min! I was so impressed on how cheap and fast it was.

Description of Work: We called asking for an estimate for a water heater. They were initially very responsive, and came out pretty quickly. However, after they left & said they would give us an estimate, we never heard back from them. This was over a month ago. We have called a few times, left messages, and nothing. We just hung up the phone with them again. The response we get is "I'll give him the message and remind him to call you." When I asked when I would hope to expect a call back, I got an annoyed reply of "I have no idea, I'll remind him again."

Description of Work: THE WATER WAS NOT DRAINING WELL IN OUR BATHROOM AND KITCHEN. MR GARON CAME THE SAME DAY WE CALLED WITHIN THE TIME HE QUOTED US. HE TOOK CARE OF THE PROBLEM AND CHARGED THE AMOUNT QUOTED BEFORE HE ARRIVED PLUS DEDUCTED THE COUPON ON ANGIES LIST.

Description of Work: Bob and Mike came over to fix a leak in my master bathroom toilet, and to install a new dishwasher. In the process they had to re-pipe under my kitchen sink due to a previously-unknown screwup from work done in years past. They were quick and efficient and made sure to let me know what they were doing, and if the work was going to stray from the original job, they laid out the options prior to do anything unplanned.

Description of Work: Problems with a brand new boiler system. Had such a horrible experience with Beehive that installed it that I never want them back again. Tom came, corrected the areas causing the problem (replacing faulty leaking valves) in about an hour, and it's been great.

Description of Work: Gas fireplace checked in order to acertain why pilot was constantly shutting off. It was cleaned and has worked since.
