Very professional, prompt and friendly.

Very professional job. Used quality parts. I was concerned about a failure of my hot water heater as it would create damage of a living area in my house. They reconfigured my setup, and put a catch pan underneath with drainage to outside of home, eliminating any worry of water damage from a failed hot water heater in the future. Used for smaller jobs on numerous occasions. Considers cost, does quality work, is prompt, and neat. Always my first choice.

I've used Tommy 6 times over the past 7-8 years including a new water heater, outside water line etc. each job I checked other bids for he was less than, each job was done completely satisfactory on time and with no wasted time.I recommend his services completely.

Came home to find washer pipe over flowed. Called them and then came within the hour. Gave us an estimate and were back 8:30 am to do job.

The backyard spigot had rusted and would not work. I called for an estimate. The men arrived on time and gave me a satisfactory price. They said that they would be able to do the job, if I wanted, that very morning. I accepted, and the job was done. The men had to cut a opening in my dining room wall and performed the work through the opening. They closed the opening with a very neat, small white panel. They cleaned up after themselves. The spigot is working beautifully.

It was seamless! I had guests in the house and several coming that day. I did not think the problem could be solved that day but it was fixed before some guests even awoke. Those that were awake commented on how nice, respectful and efficient he was. And after he wrote the bill he realized I should have had a discount because I got his name from Angie's list, so he rewrote the bill.

He was professional and offered alternatives for each problem. Very professional and quick!

Services was very good. Plumber showed up on time. The 2nd house visit was a last minute call to repair a zone valve, and Garon went out of their way to get to my house to repair a zone valve.

I called Garon T Plumbing and they came out the same day a few hours later. They barely looked at it and immediately knew the solution. After a trip to the store for the correct part they replaced the shower cartridge and it took about 30 minutes and they were on their way. It works better than ever before. I thought the price was very fair and the technicians they sent out were polite and courteous.

Initially, I called Garon T, several times before I ever received a call back. When he did call back, he was abrupt. Definitely not a people person. But I can look beyond that as there are so many positive reviews. I need plumbing work in the end. He showed up to give me the estimate. I thought he was very thorough. He said he would have an estimate to me that week. I was fully prepared to give him the job. I did not receive an estimate that week and I called at the end of the week. No return call. I called the next week. No return call. I called about a week after that, no return call. Finally, I just gave up and contacted another plumber from Angie's List. It was very frustrating dealing with Garon T and in the end, it was a big waste of my time. My advice would be, if you call Garon T and leave a message and don't get a call back, don't bother calling any more.

I have called them for 3 different reasons. They are alway courteous. They have been great!!

Excellent. All three times he was very punctual. Explains what he thinks might be the problem. After the issue has been fixed, goes into detail and explains what was done. Would defo recommend and use again.

The space heater in my rental property was not working. I wanted him to give me an estimate to start the unit. he arrived and told me the pilot light was out and he could fix it. I agreed. He simply lit the light and said that will be $195. I feel like he should be up front about their minimum $195 service charge. After debating the charge for simply re-lighting my pilot light he said he would honor a $25 dollar angie's list discount. He instructed me to print and mail the rebate/coupon and I did. Its now March 6th and he has yet to refund the $25. I have called several times but he has yet to respond. I think the service was over price and I shouldn't be charged more then $150.

We noticed a puddle of water in our basement which appeared to be coming from our furnace. I called Garon T and they responded immediately on a Sunday. Tom was here within an hour and did the repair immediately. Apparently a diaphragm had worn out causing too much pressure in a line and 2 valves needed to be replaced. Tom was very professional and was up front with what was needed to be done. Our problem was solved within hours. I had just subscribed to Angies List hours earlier. Well worth the $26 yearly membership.

They did good work, but I had to have another company come back and snake the drain once again. I'm not sure if this was due to the recent hurricane or some error on Garon T's part.

Very badly. I found them to be overpriced, manipulative and dishonest. They would not return calls when further pressed as a follow up to their visit. Totally unprofessional. See above.

Garon T Plumbing & Heating was excellent. Everything is A for him. I have nothing but good experiences with him. He is reliable, dependable and when you call him, he's there.

He's always on time and he's helpful. He is expensive, but you don't have to have him come back nine times to do the job right or call somebody else in.

We had 2 visits actually. First visit was a clogged drain and Tom came the same day and cleared it. I asked him secure the sink to the countertop. He did that and improved the drain pipes under the sink that I had done improperly. Installed gas countert op and flex gas lines to 2 furnaces, both past building inspection first time.. Very good workmanship, very cooperative and fair.

I very highly recommend this company. I called today at 12noon and had company staff at my door at 2:30 PM. They were professional, friendly, efficient and the services were reasonably priced. There were a few minor repairs that they identified in the bathroom that needed to be fixed and they did the repair free of charge. An absolute pleasure - do yourself a favor and call this company first.

Called on a Mon. Spoke to Michelle and asked to have Tom give me an estimate for the install of a hot water heater. By Fri morning I had not heard from Tom so called and spoke to Michelle again. Tom called that nite and made an appt. He came to my house, gave me the estimate and I made an appt to have it done. On the scheduled day, two of his workers came over and installed the water heater. When they were done, one of the guys briefly turned on the water faucet which was spitting water. He said that is just air in the line. Afterward every time I turned on the hot water faucets they would spit for a couple of seconds. Did not think anything of it . Just figured eventually the air would works its way out. However, the water started shooting out when I turned on the hot water. Called the company and left a msg on a Wed. Michelle called back the same day. I explained the problem. She said Tom would call back. By the following Tue I had not gotten a call. So on Tue I called again and spoke to Barbara. She said Tom would call back. He did call back that nite and made an appt for Thur nite 5-6pm. On Thur he never showed up. I callet that evening and left a msg. By Sat afternoon, sttill no .phone call. So I left another msg. By Tue still no call, so I called again and spoke to Barbara. She said she would give Tom the msg. He did call that night and apologized and set up another appt for Thur 5-6 pm.. He did come over and checked the faucet and claimed he had no idea what the problem was. In his 30 some yrs as a plumber he had never seen this before. He said it had nothing to do with the install of the water heater (even tho this did not happen prior to the install) But he would call the manufacturer of the hot water heater to see if he could get some info and get back to me. A week later, I spoke to Michelle and asked he to have Tom call me. Another week has gone by and no phone call! I am really more disappointed than angry. It takes a while to find a reliable plumber, electrician, mechanic, etc. Thought Tom was that reliable plumber. Guess not!

Left a message on new years day describing the issue, but indicated it was not an emergency. I received a call back that same day (a holiday) within a few hours and had an appt set for the next morning. They showed up on time the next morning and corrected the problem professionally and quickly!

He showed up on short notice after my water heater sprung a leak and flooded my kitchen. He was there within hours, evaluated the situation, gave me an accurate estimate, went to go purchase the new heater, came back and installed it all in the same day. Additionally, when he found the electrical breaker was not suffcient for this heater, he contacted an electrician and set up contact so I could have that taken care of as well. Also took care of all permits and scheduling of the town inspector. Wonderful experience as always with this company. I have used them several times and have always been extremely pleased.

As said, the experience was exactly as described above. That's it. I'm satisfied.

These guys were unbelievable (in a good way)! The property with the leak was a lower floor condominum, but they immediately determined the leak was coming from the unit above. They knocked on the above neighbor's door, asked for permission to investigate, and pointed out not 1, but 2 leaks that were causing damage to the unit below. I would never have expected that (and it was so helpful since I had no idea how to approach the situation)! I was charged for an evaluation only, for which I was glad to pay since they really went above and beyond in dealing with the neighbor as well. I do plan to use them again, and again in the future. I now can say that I have "a guy" for my plumbing needs.
