Description of Work: Tom came twice. The first time he reseated a toilet bowl and did a perfect job. He also did several other things and found a defect in the flexible cable of a faucet recently installed by someone else. We were having trouble with it. he ordered a replacement from the manufacturer at no charge. The second time he came immediately on a Friday at about 6 PM when my heater failed to work. He changed the igniter and cleanED the flame sensor. He also noted a couple of defects in the heating/hot water system (a crack in a plastic pipe and a defective soldering job) that might create carbon monoxide for which I asked him to return. Tom knows his business which says it all.
