They took their time and explained all of the steps involved and included me in the testing to confirm that everything was done as I wanted. I would definitely use them again and refer them to any of my friends.

Description of Work: We renovated our kitchen, we needed all new outlets & overhead lighting, but they put in old fashion switches (up & down), after the job was completed, that night when I turned on the lights, I lit up the whole neigborhood , when I called them to ask why dimmer's were not used, I was told I didn't request them, but he would come back for a small fee, 11 outlets & switches, were installed , & 6 overhead lights were installed for a total of $3,335.00, I have no light over my sink, no dimmer switches, also I was charged to hook up the dishwasher, the cabinets havn't arrived yet

+ -1 moreThe technician did not do the job and had to convince him to install the dimmer I had purchased. I paid $210.00 to change a light switch and install a dimmer.
Description of Work: I explained that I had a wood plant ceiling and I needed a hallway light. Technician did not come with proper supplies. After stating he then had to go to the warehouse, I advised that i had time constraints and explained that when I made the appointment. He said he would not be able to finish in that time frame.

Oscar was even great with my dog. I would certainly recommend them and should I ever (god forbid) need more work done, I'll be calling them.

Although the rewiring of my crawl space was scheduled for next week, DeSanto had a cancellation and remembered my dilemma and came to the rescue. Not only do they perform their job efficiently, but they are understanding and caring.
Description of Work: DeSanto Electric rewired the crawl space area of my home after being raised and lowered by professional lifters. They also installed a new outdoor electrical meter.
