Hired them to install at home Tesla charger. They ended up installing a wrong cable and couldnâ t do a simple job right. They claim to be a certified Tesla charger installers. To fix the wiring, demanded another $330 to fix there screw up.

I hired this company to do work on my house. The technician that came out told me all of the services that I should get performed on the house; we had an estimate, and I was told that payment was due at the end of the job. They said I should get the repairs done very soon and told me I had to wait a week to get services done. The day came, and they showed up and told me that they could not complete the work that they had promised in a day. I was told the job could be done one way with no need for permits, but the day of the whole story changed completely. The owner tried to work with me and do some of the work but then requested that I pay for all the work that was done and then pay the final amount at a later date, which I was told at the time that I did not have to do. I had already taken a day off of work and lost a days wages. They cashed my deposit check already (before any part of the job was completed), so now I have to fight with them and my bank to try to get my money back for services that were not even performed. As a final parting shot, as I was hanging up the phone with the so-called boss, he told me that I was (Quote; not their kind of customer) for simply asking for some of the things that I had been promised. These people are the worst! Do not hire them. BUYER BEWARE. Edit: The same day of the incident the owner came to my house personally to apologize and try to talk me into continuing the job or getting future work out of it. I told him I was not likely to recommend his company but we could part on good terms all I wanted is my money back. This is now 10 days post incident. I have heard nothing from them, I have not received my funds back in the form of a check or money back into my bank account. Overall this is the worst customer experience I have had, and cannot fathom how this company is still in business.

Very reliable business. I had an electrical outlet installed for my dishwasher. The 2 electricians were very professional and outlet was installed within a reasonable time frame. Arrived on time to my home. Would definitely call them again for any future project.

He returns phone calls promptly. He arrived on time when he said he would and called when he knew he was going to be late. He communicated well throughout the project and I would not hesitate to use him again or recommend him.

They showed up on time. He ended up doing more than we originally discussed. The owner came by to check out the work to make sure that everything was ok.

DeSanto came the day before the apt day to install the thermostats so I would have heat again. He also went beyond the contracted job to change the fluorescent tubes high in the ceiling. He is personable. He came to the apt on time, called when he was running 5 mins late. Excellent job.

Their work was good however the installers forgot to ground three switches. I had to fix the mistake.
