I was an impulsive walkin at Crossroads Realty on Yorktowne Boulevard in Brick. I spoke with Peter Fressola regarding the concerns my husband and I had about listing our home and whether or not we were ready to sell at this time. We were really on the fence. Peter listened patiently and asked several questions. He then came to the house for a walk through. Within the next day, Peter called asking when he could present his proposal and recommendations. We had scheduling conflicts so it was several days later that we met. Actually, on a Sunday morning! Who goes that extra mile for you? We were impressed with the information and began to investigate the senior complexes in the area. We should have done that prior to approaching Peter because we soon realized that they weren't for us. We will be staying in our home for a few more years but the experience we had with Peter was top notch. He is patient, professional and a very good listener. We will absolutely be calling on him in a year or so when we are ready to put our home on the market.

I felt that the commission that they were charging was reasonable so far. They had done very well so far and I have no complaints. They sold my house in three days.

Crossroads Realty in Brick was the best! Anna Figmanari went above and beyond in helping us. She even did things for us after we closed and she was already paid! She really didn't need to do that, but she did! Even the office manager, Marge, was fantastic!
