Now, only have one email address with the provider i am using in my outlook. My phone is now recognizing my main provider as it didn't in the past. Deleted progams i no loner need and updated the system.

Tomasz addressed my computer problems promptly and accurately. He even took time to answer some other questions about my laptop that were unrelated to the problem and gave advice to help me improve my computer skills. Thank you, Tomasz!
