He was very nice and professional. He called about 30 minutes prior to showing up to let me know he was coming. He talked me out of pricier options that he didn't think made sense for me. The work was performed quickly and the doors work very well. I'll use him again when we want to upgrade the doors someday.

Our old double width garage door was wearing out. We got estimates from a couple of companies. We chose Central Jersey. They cleaned up all the debris and packaging and did the whole job in a few hours. Their price was competitive. I would definitely use them again.

It went great. I was a little hesitant to have the work done on 9/14 since I was hosting a large party at my home. Victor ensured me that he would be in by 8AM and out by 10:30AM. So I went ahead with it. Sure enough Victor called at 7:40 to say he was on his way. He and his son were fully prepared to start working. He did an excellent job and was out by 9:30.

I was able to set up an appointment with Victor within just a couple days. He diagnosed the problem quickly and had the door working within half an hour. I have used them before and will continue to use this company. I called at 7:30 AM. Victor returned my call in 15 minutes. He set up an appointment. The day of the appointment he called to say he is on his way. Victor did a great job, fast and clean.

When I called I had to leave a voice message, which was not a problem. Victor returned my call a short time later. I explained my problem, and we set up an appointment. Victor showed up at the earlier end of the agreed time period, which I believe was an hour. Heexamined the door and immediately told me the rollers were "oblong" or out of round, which is what was cauising the door to wobble side to side as it opened and closed. It also caused the garage door opener to strain with the shifting of the weight of the door. That is what caused the opener to stop, leaving the door partially opene/closed. He then told me the cost to replace all of the rollers would be $110.00. I asked about the springs. He stated to leave them and just try the rollers first, which he was certain was the only real problem. If needed, he would come back and replace the springs, and just charge me for that, no service call, etc. By the way, there was a service call charge, which I beleive was $25, but it was canceled or removed because I had work done. All in all, I was very Satisfied with Victor and his work. My garage door has beenfine since, and I did not have to replace the springs. So, Victor saved me more money there by telling me to wait. He could have simply agreed to change them, and I beleive the price was around $100, maybe a bit more, but I dont reacll exactly. Regardless, he didn't replace them when he could simply have said they should be replaced.

Everything was done quickly and to our satisfaction.

Victor is a gem! He is "old school" when it comes to customer service; showing he knows just how important it is. He responded to my initial call within minutes. When I told him I think I needed a new garage door opener, he said it might just need to be repaired, but just in case, he would bring a garage door opener with him. We went over different types, and he explained the difference and what he thought was a good one. He told me the price over the phone. Victor said he was able to come the next day, but I told him I had to check my schedule. I also wanted to get a quote from the company who put the original garage door opener in. When I called Victor back I made a date for a few days later on Saturday (due to the threat of snow). He said he would be there at 8am and would call before he came. When Saturday came, he called at 7:45 and he & his son were here exactly at 8am. They did a wonderful job and were done within an hour. I never got to meet Victor, but my husband said he was friendly and very nice. When he left he told my husband to say hello to me, and to thank me for calling and using him from Angie's List. I would definately use Central Jersey Garage Door again and would highly recommend Victor! BTW, I'm still waiting for my original company to call me back. They should take some lessons from Victor!

I reviewed several of the companies on Angie's List, and selected Central Jersey Garage Door for my first call. Victor returned my call very quickly, at which time I described what I needed and got a firm quote for the job. We agreed on a day and time to have the work done. Victor arrived on time and completed the work entirely to my satisfaction. I would not hesitate to recommend Victor - Central Jersey Garage Door company - to anyone in this area.

My friends Mom had two garage doors that were malfunctioning and called Central Jersey Door. They arrived the next morning on 06/21/12 and promptly fixed the problem for a reasonable price. They were friendly, professional and knew what they were doing. She would use them again and recommend them without hesitation.

He came out for an estimate and the price was fair so I used him. He fixed it and did a good job.

Not sure what happened. I set up a appointment for them to come out and never heard back from them again. I called twice to get the quote and they never called back.

Victor was absolutely wonderful to deal with. I came home late last night a my garage door opener simply stopped working. I Called Central Jersey Garage Door at approx 8:30 AM in the morning to arrange for repair. I would only be home until noon. Victor assured me he could be here before I had to leave . He called to let me know when he was on his way and arrived right on time. He quickly found and fixed the problem and then took the time to show me how to extend the life of my opener by lubricating the rollers and pullies. The price was fair and the entire encounter was very pleasant . I will definitely use this complany again.
