We had two garage doors replaced. Victor was very friendly and explained everything well. We had even the wood frame replaced. Due to termite damage. The doors we picked out now have windows, so much more light comes in the garage now. He was very knowledgeable about the insulation and types of doors. He connected the doors to two older garage door openers. One is so quiet you hardly here it when it opens. Before it was really loud! Also put a new key pad up for us. Very happy with the appearance and the way everything turned out.

Came out and looked the job over, ordered replacement bottom garage door panel and installed when when the part came in from the manufacturer of the garage door. Adjusted and lubricated hardware. I dealt with "Victor" and he was courteous and did an excellent job in a timely manner!

Called late monday afternoon and left a message and got an immediate call back from Victor and told him what was going on. He said he could be there the very next morning to do the work. He showed up exactly when he said he would (which very few people do anymore), and was done with the work in about a half hour. I used Central Jersey Garage Door for two new openers last year and I would absolutely recommend Victor and this company to anyone.

We made the appt., but he got sick & had to resched. He came out on time & did the job quickly. They installed a new opener, with a 2 car remotes, electronic key pad & reg. pad, also installed a lock on inside of garage door. They were quick & left the garage very clean. I was very satisfied with their work. Garage door open & closed beautifully.

The scheduling was easy and we were able to make an appointment within a day or two of calling. He arrived on time and finished the job quickly and correctly. We had a spring break on one of our garage doors and we needed it replaced. He replaced both the broken spring and the unbroken spring as well as adding safety cables to them which we previously did not have. He adjusted our garage door openers free of charge and added safety cables to the other garage door as well.

Victor was friendly and extremely professional. I told him the problem over the phone and he diagnosed it immediately. Did the work with me present and showed me the part he said would need replacing. Expert work was done quickly and price was reasonable.

We were experiencing problems with our garage door closing and then reopening on it's own, leaving it open about a foot off the ground. The manual code box outside the garage door also had stopped working. A few weeks prior, the cables on one side of the door snapped and the door stayed open...while it was about 15 degrees outside! We got it closed and my husband replaced the cable that week, but wanted a professional to look at it. He asked me to set up an appointment with a company up North that he used over 10 years ago on another job, but they appeared to be out of business. I went on Angie's List and looked for a local company with good reviews. I found Central Jersey. They are just a few miles from my home. I left a message. They returned my call within the hour and we set up the appointment for a date when my husband would be home. Victor was the serviceman. He arrived on time, reset and made corrections so the door does not reopen when it is closed and does not land so heavily on the garage floor when being closed. He also reprogrammed the code box. My husband had a lot of questions and Victor answered them all. He was also impressed with Victor's knowledge and professionalism. I would recommend Central Jersey Garage Door LLC to any of my neighbors.

Victor came and gave an estimate of $295 to replace a discontinued torsion spring assembly with another product. I sort out another estimate which was a few dollars more. I can't say the price was good or bad but this is how I look at pricing: I would not have been able to replace the part myself. I watched Victor and his son Anthony perform the service. There is a knowledge/skill level that has to be paid for. They did the job professionally. They were neat, friendly and there was no surprises. They did not try to up sale the job which I always anticipate happening. In addition to the main job of replacing the spring, Victor re-secured the metal bracket that the garage door opener is attached too and he re-seated a roller that came off the track. Would I recommend them to others or use them again? !000% yes.

Wonderful company to work with in all areas. Owner communicates quickly , Estimate and work on time and accurate, arrived within 15 minutes of estimated time. Victor is very precise and answered our questions honestly ,patiently, and easily communicated.No pressure,professional, no gimmicks, Work done very well and at time given. Was very pleased with the professional manner in which this company operates. They returned my call promptly and came when they said they would - they even called a little before to confirm the time and appointment.. When Victor came the job turned out to be not as great as I had feared and Victor was very nice in showing me how the system worked (I had just bought my home). Victor Mastronardi was great to work with! He responded quickly when I initially contacted him. He came to the house to look at the garage door to make sure that he would order everything that we needed for the repairs. Another company I contacted prior to Victor had ME doing everything by e-mail- taking pictures, taking all measurements, etc. They had no intention of coming and looking at the job. Victor quoted us a price soon after. He then kept in constant contact with us during the time period that it took to have the door panels made. He and his son installed the door panels, and did a great job. Victor always worked with our schedule and was always professional. I highly recommend him for any garage door job that you may need to have done.

Victor from the company returned my call regarding a problem I was having with my garage door. After listening to my issue, instead of automatically setting up an appointment to come out for a $50 fee, he gave a suggestion as to what the problem may be and how to fix it. He was exactly right with his diagnosis and the door does not require anything else. Victor would be the first one I would call and/or recommend if I have any future garage door issues based on his handling of this episode.

He called before getting here, and arrived within the time frame given. Assessed the problem accurately and did the repair in about 30 minutes. Friendly, knowledgeable, and efficient. I would use this company again.

I called after hours and left a message. I got a call back early the next morning. We scheduled an appointment for today, between 8:00-8:30 AM. Victor called at 7:25 AM to say he would be here a few minutes after 8. Within minutes of arriving, he diagnosed the problem as a burned out circuit board and proceeded to replace it. He then reset the remotes and keypads. He also adjusted the height that the door opened to, which was not part of the problem we called him for. Everything was completed quickly and efficiently. I have used another repair service in the past and called them first. They could only give me an appointment 4 days out, which was unacceptable. I checked Angie's List, saw the great reviews for Central Jersey and gave them a call. I'm very happy that I did and will only call them in the future. I will recommend them to neighbors too.

Scheduling was very easy. Victor called me back the same day after I left him a message. My Dad needed a new keypad for his garage door. I was visiting him the next day and asked if Victor could come by that day. H was able to schedule time late in the day to install it. He arrived on time and was able to install the new keypad, programmed it and also made sure the remotes still worked. Left business card above the garage door button inside garage in case we needed to call him for anything. Would definitely hire him again. He was very professional and did a wonderful job.

They were excellent. They were professional in their manner. They did it all within one day. They were competitive in price. They also have great customer service - willing to come back if a problem in the future.

The owner, Joe Alvarez call me right away after I left a message for him and he came to my house to inspect the door. He told me he could fix it later that day and he did. He came to my house exactly when he said he was going to be there and it took him exactly the amount of time he said it would. I am very happy with his service, professionalism and would recommend him highly.

It was okay I guess. It was somewhat expensive but the work was fine. They were very professional. The came when they said they would and were on time. I probably would use them again.

I called and left a message and got a call back within 30 minutes. They said they could come the next day, but I was not available. We made an appointment for noon on Saturday. I got a call at 11:30 that they were on their way. They had quoted me $135 to replace springs and cables. They were completed in 30 minutes. They also installed a lock for $10.

They were great. They came out several times. They couldn't figure out what was wrong so they kept coming out every time my mom calls them because something was wrong. We've hired them for my pent. I'd say that the customer service of the person that we talked to was excellent. They also have a good follow-up because they were working on it a lot of times but we were paying for it. So it was a little confusing but they were very clear when calling me and say if it is okay if they charge us and that kind of thing. So it was not just getting ahead with the work because it was standing there but they knew I was paying for it. So they would stop, call me and ask if it was okay and then continue. So I would say excellent customer service.

Victor returned my call within 10 minutes. He made an appointment and advised me what was wrong. I decided to replace the opener,even though Victor said it still had some life. My home was damaged by Sandy, and I wanted to avoid any future problems. Victor and his son returned promptly at the agreed time and did a wonderful job. His price was more than fair. It is really refreshing to deal with a truly honest and contentious professional.
