Description of Work: INSTALL REMOTE GARAGE DOOR OPENER

Description of Work: remove old garage chain door opener. Installed new LiftMaster garage belt door opener, 2 motion sensor, 1 keyless entry panel outside garage door (program access code with me), 1 panel (inside garage) and 2 car openers. Took away old and cleaned up behind them.

Description of Work: They replaced springs and rollers on my garage door, as well as the safety wires.

Description of Work: The garage door closing was very temperamental, coming down part-way, then going back up. This would happen several times while trying to close the garage door. Victor was very professional and very nice on the phone. He gave me a two hour window for his appointment and came when he said he would (he even called me first to say he was on his way). He immediately saw the problem, fixed it, then examined all of the garage doors. He charged only for his service call (very reasonable!). I would definitely use him again, and I will definitely recommend him to my friends and neighbors.

Description of Work: Victor was responsive to my call, came on time and quickly serviced my garage - replaced the sensor, cleaned and adjusted the tracks and eliminated excessive noise. I would definitely recommend using them to others.

Description of Work: Our garage door had a broken torsion spring. They came the day after I called and installed a temporary fix since the spring had to be ordered. A few days later they installed the new spring. All work was done very well, they were extremely professional and the cost was reasonable. I highly recommend this company for garage door work.

Description of Work: I recently had a problem with my garage door partially closing then going back up on its own. I called and left a voice message and within 5 minutes I received a call back. I explained then situation to Victor and he said he would be able to look at it in about 30 minutes. True to his word he arrived on time. It required a relatively minor adjustment and I would have only been charged a service fee. He checked the rest of the system and he explained that in the near future I would need to have the rollers replaced but it would not be necessary immediately. I decided to have that done now rather then wait since he was already there. The door is now working perfectly. I would highly recommend his work and would definitely use him again in the future.
