Their pricing was very competitive, and the workmanship was excellent. The guy up the street had the same boiler put in about a week prior. Upon inspection, the company that did the work had to come out three times for parts they left out. Mine was perfectly done. We've been so pleased with every service we've had with them, and maintain both annual heating and air service contracts with them.

We picked this provider based on recommendations from family members. The service person arrived promptly as scheduled and was very polite. He quickly reviewed the issue and confirmed my suspicion that our gas regulator, thermostat was starting to fail. His recommendation was to replace the entire water heater as the cost of the part with installation was probably too high for a water heater of this age (12 years). He agreed to provide costs for replacement of the part and to replace the entire water heater so I could compare and make a decision. However we would not be able to receive this estimate until early the following week as this was a Saturday. The cost for the service call with no resolution and no estimate was $101. Overall I was disappointed that I paid $101 but got no resolution. Even if I had an estimate I could of at least made a decision and had a plan in place. Now I have to wait at least 2-3 days before I know anything more. The service person mentioned that they and quot;mayand quot; apply the $101 service fee pad to the cost of any subsequent service but that was not guaranteed. I should stress once again that although I did not get all of the information that I would have like the provider was very polite and professional. He was even somewhat apologetic that I had to pay that much. I don't have much experience with other plumbers so it is difficult to make comparisons. I am tempted to call a larger company such as A J Perri with the hope that I could get a quicker resolution. However now I find myself torn as I am already $100 into this company. In summary I have no complaints about the professionalism and courtesy of this company. This review may be incomplete as I cannot yet decide if I should have them do the actual work! Update: After two working days we had still not received a call back. My wife called them and the person who answered the phone had no record of us and had to ask us the name of the person who came out! After three working days we had still not received the promised quote. We call back again and finally got the quote which came in very high. My overall impression was that they were not really that interested in smaller, residential jobs. I did a little background info on the recommendations I had received and found out that Brick Heating had a sweat heart, exclusive deal to provide services to the large, active adult community from where I had received the info! No wonder they were quick and attentive to them! I have adjusted my rating to reference the very poor communication.

Perfect... technicians were prompt, knowlegable, polite, cleaned up all debris, went under house in crawl space, in attic to check central air which they installed 4 years ago. MUCH LESS EXPENSIVE that other companies you recommended! Also temperatures were in the 90's so the attic and crawl space were extremely hot. I highly recommend this company and would never consider using anyone else.

Technician arrived promptly (even removed his shoes at the door)! After making the repairs to the system which is over 20 years old, he pronounced it in good operating condition with no need for replacement at this time, which was refreshing. I had a programmable thermostat in my previous home and requested one to replace the two manual ones here. He installed it within minutes and even though I was familiar with the new model, he still took the time to go over the basics with me. Total service time took less than 30 minutes. All in all, a very professional and pleasant young man. He and his company come highly recommended!

I was very pleased with this company. They were well priced and did an excellent job. I interviewed 4 companies before deciding to go with them. I would recommend them to others in the future.

I highly, highly recommend this company. I did my research on this company. I interviewed three or four different companies in my home. They were polite, neat and it was a brand new system that they installed. They had to put in all new vents in the ceiling because I have hot water baseboard heat. They had to put them in, in every one of my ceilings. They had four or five guys come in the morning. They were here at 9:30 in the morning and were done with all of the work by the end of the day. Their price was very reasonable. They were just great.
