Baine Contracting Inc

Great contractor that does excellent work and provided detailed, careful estimates as well as advice. Unfortunately, we just couldn't afford the price at the time. I would definitely consider them again however if my budget allowed!

We had no contractor with connections to Seaside Park and when Hurricane Sandy hit, we found it hard to locate any contractors (building, plumbing, etc) that were taking on new customers because they were so busy with existing clients. Baine had contacted our neighbor to let her know that he would be making repairs for existing clients. Since she had no damage, she gave him our name and asked if he could assist us. He was SO nice and met with me to review our structure and outline any/all damage. He made sure to keep us informed for the most part and was very reliable. The men who performed the repairs were neat and did quality work. Mike even arranged a plumber to winterize the house and do some plumbing work for us since we were unable to get into town for a month after the hurricane hit. We hadn't winterized thinking we'd be coming down to the house over the winter, but once the electric and gas were going to be off indefinitely, we knew it needed to be done. I mentioned that we were stressed because we couldn't find a plumber who had access to the island and we were worried about the pipes freezing after the house had remained standing after the storm. He told me not to worry and went out of his way to have a plumber contact us and take care of winterizing and replacing the water heater. We are already thinking about using Baine Contracting for another project, if/when we decide to move forward.

He was absolutely wonderful. His company is family owned.
