Audio Visual Experts were great to work with. From the estimate all the way through showing me how to use my equipment, they were professional and the process was seamless. Their pricing was very fair and the quality of their work was even better. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for audio/visual needs. You will not be disappointed.

These guys are amazing! James was very easy to work with and to get on hold of. We used them a few times thru the last year and every experience we had was great. From installing a power outlet and hang our TV on the wall to moving all our boxes to the basement and organizing tons and tons of cables. Extremely neat work. By matter fact I just got in touch with them as we need some more work done. Super recommend!

I called for an appointment and got voicemail. Jim called back within 24 hours, said he was a bit busy, and scheduled my service for two weeks later. He said he would notify me if he had an cancelations prior to my scheduled date. He rang two days later, said there was a cancelation and could come the next day at 9. He showed up on time with one assistant. they took down my old tv, set up the new one and replaced a bad cable on another tv. They set up the remote controls and had everything working perfectly. Jim was very professional and courteous. I will absolutely use this company again in the future.

Jim was running only 15 minutes late, (no big deal) but took the time to call. He did all the work that needed to be done. Jim cleaned up when he was finished. Very professional. Everything works great. I would use him again, and would recommend him.

i called him and i was just home for that very day. he was able to come over that afternoon and repair the connection. the person who mounted my tv did not leave enough wire for the articulating arm, so when i swung the tv out the connection bent and the tv would not work. luckily there was no damage to the tv itself. he was very helpful, he even went so far as to re-lable my tv/blu-ray connections so that it is so much easier for me to switch from the tv to the blu-ray to the wii. he explained everything thoroughly and i was very, very pleased. luckily he also had an optical cable that was long enough to do the repair as mine was too short. he definitely saved the day and i will definitely use him again.

The owner (James) showed up on time as well as called us prior to his arrival. The job was to mount an existing TV to a wall in the TV room. He helped carry the extremely heavy TV to a temporary spot. He then used our existing equipment to mount the TV and clean up when he was done. The final price was for labor only and was very reasonable. We will be using his service again

Original home theatre system was installed by another firm when we built our house 8 years ago, Components had started to fail and we also wanted to upgrade the connections from component video to HDMI. Unfortunately we ultimately figured out that the projector we owned had a very finicky HDMI connection and it took a lot more time to get the new system to work properly than it probably should have. Nevertheless this had nothing to do with James' services. He was punctual, conscientious and worked tirelessly to diagnose what was wrong with our system and to get it working correctly. He did a great job and we would recommend him to anyone.
