I called Angela's Cleaning and was given an estimate over the phone based on the description I gave Angela over the phone. She informed me the first cleaning was more money as it had to be a thorough cleraning which I understood. On the scheduled day the woman assigned to clean my home was late. I was at work but my husband and daughter were home. I left an $85.00 payment plus a $15.00 tip thinking I was going to hjave a nice job done. She was at my home a total of 1.5 hours and while at my home she received and made several phone calls She did a rush job. She only did surface dusting ignoring dusting below waist level. When I got home my house did not even have the "clean" smell. I immediately called Angela who apologized and said her worker had an emergency, she acknowledged it was not a thorough cleaning and she would make it up to me by coming the next time herself and cleaning my house at a reduced rate. She scheduled a date and then never showed up. When I called her number she did not answer and did not call me back. I would never call them again or refer them to anyone.

Angela's Cleaning asked for the cleaning company's phone number that was supposed to come to my house. I didn't know why she had asked for the number, but I didn't think too much about it at the time. I found out that Angela's Cleaning company had called the previous cleaning company and informed them that I was their daughter so they didn't need to come out to my house. This is a despicable thing to do. They completely lied to try to get my business.
