reasonable rates, polite and experienced with my pool problems, Had previously used Charnel Pool Service incredibly high rates for the most simple services. Would never recommend Charnel

They are very professional. Even though they were busy with other appointments they fit me in. We are swimming! I hired them for weekly maintenance through the summer. I will keep them as long as they are in business!

Matt is extremely knowledgeable and is quick to help and please his customers. He went out of his way during a busy time of year, pool opening season, to come over the same day he was hired and open the pool to ensure it was ready for our Memorial Day party. Overall, I would recommend him and his company to everyone. Our pool looks amazing.

They were great with informing me about my pool and fixed anything that needed to be replaced. Really great pool company!

We were spending a lot of time and having a lot of trouble getting our pool water clear. By the time Matt and crew left, the water was already turning from swamp to clear. Very helpful, explained things clearly, honest and professional.

response was quick, service done within 24 hours of call. Matt arrived earlier then expected, had work done and filter working within an hour. i plan to have him do more work on my pool at the end of teh season.

You would be an absolute fool if you didn't hire Matt for your pool service. He did an excellent job for us this weekend. On time, very knowledgable about our pool, cost was exactly what he quoted us, and he took the time to even walk me through some of the repairs he did so I can do them on my own next time. We now have a new pool service company because I will definitely hire him in the future.

Matt was right on time, early in fact and did a super job of cleaning off the top of my above ground 25' pool. In fact I'm having him back again to clean out the entire pool. He is very professional and very easy to work with and very accommodating. I would definitely recommend him to anyone who needed help with their pool.

Great and personable service. They arrived on time and explained things well. Matt was thorough, brought everything he needed, and left my backyard neat. Would definitely recommend to anyone.

I used Matt for two years, I like him so much that I paid him in advance for pool maintenance when the 2013 summer started. The month of June everything was fine. Towards the end of July he started being spotty in showing up (scheduled for every Wednesday). I was nice & completely understood that things changed. I would text & leave VM's for him just to find out when he was coming & would only get a response right before they showed up. The last month of the summer he just completely disappeared & did not complete the summer maintenance. I feel like I was ripped off. Extremely Disappointed!!

Matt and his co-worker came when expected. Worked quickly and efficiently, and closed my pool for a very reasonable price. I look forward to hiring them in the spring for pool opening.
