All the people who came here were friendly, courteous, and went right to work. They cleaned up and left everything the way they found it! Great to have someone to trust.

Love Amazon! The owner and employees are wonderful. We started out just needing someone to open our pool and now they re coming once a week to service & clean. They were super knowledgeable, fast, came with their masks on and they were just so friendly. I would HIGHLY recommend them!

The entire staff was great. Friendly ..pleasant ..prompt. i didnt have pool filled to proper level so they came back a few days later to make sure all operating properly. Strongly reccomend them.

I hired him to clean the pool and at the end of the Summer my pool collapsed and I had paid for 2 more weeks of cleaning that he did not do so he owes me $118 refund that he said he would give me back. And he keeps telling me he has mailed it and now he won't talk to me and either doesn't answer or hangs up on me.

I needed someone to open my pool. Called Amazon Pool Service. Got a call back that evening and within a week they were here opening my pool... perfectly. They took some leaves out the top, then remove the covers. They added chemicals to the pool and vacuumed it until it was sparkling clean. I highly recommend their service. I even called them at the end of the season to come close my pool and I was equally satisfied. Thank you Amazon pool service

Issues with above ground pools are sometimes hard to diagnose. Amazon Pools has an experienced and knowledgeable crew that are persistent to find the trouble replace or repair. I highly recommend Amazon Pools for your pool service needs, and I will definitely be using them for my regular maintenance.

I hired Amazon Pools through HomeAdvisor for opening my pool in the spring and was pleased with the service. But when I called them to close my pool it was a totally different experience. It began to rain after they started working and they were unable to finish that day. They left my backyard with my pools hoses disconnected, the filter inoperable without the hoses and no chemicals. My new cover was left out in the rain on the lawn along with other closing accessories. I called Amazon on a daily basis to find out when they were coming back and I was only able to leave voice messages which were not returned to this day. This is totally baffling to me since these guys were professional and courteous when they were here. Right now I’ll give them a big ZERO, leaving a job unfinished for the past 2 weeks! Thank goodness for a neighbor willing to help and finish the pool closing!

They beat everyone's price. They came quickly and completed the work. They gave me more service than I was expecting. They did a great job.
