Amazon Pool Service

The owner of the company Matt and his assistant Mike are very professional and showed up the same day that we called. They do great work and even came to see how the pool was doing a few days later. This pool service is highly recommended.

they just stopped coming and never returned my calls. This was last year. When they originally showed up we were very satisfied.

Although Amazon originally returned my call in a timely manner and were friendly, we were ultimately very unhappy with their service. In the 10 days we waited around for our pool to be cleaned, we had two no-shows without explanation phone calls and they did very little the 15 minutes they were here to supposedly start the initial cleaning. Our pool will now not be ready for a gathering we have planned. I had to call another company to do the job we need.

I requested a quote to open our inground pool through the Home Advisor website, and received a phone call right away. The price quoted was more than reasonable, compared to other quotes I had received. Communication was great, I received a couple calls to follow-up and confirm our appointment for the opening. The opening went perfectly - I was VERY impressed by the efficiency and thoroughness with which they opened our pool, and explained what we needed to do after it was open. I would highly recommend Amazon Pool Service, and can guarantee I will be using them in the future.

Super response! I was still on the Service Magic webpage when I received a call from Amazon. They come promptly when they promise, and even on Sunday when it rains on their usual day.

Prompt response to my request. cost was less than what the initial quote was. Absolutely knowlegeable and willing to show me information on how to better care for my pool. I didnt need to guess what day or time he would be there he was in constant contact with me. Always answered the phone every time I called with a question.
