About us

AllClean Home Care LLC aims to provide a professional and courteous cleaning experience. We clean dryer vents, air ducts and many other areas of your home. We primarily focus on dryer vent and air duct cleaning but we will be providing other cleaning services as well. Our goal is to treat your home like our own! As the owner and operator I have 22 years of experience in the carpet cleaning industry. I have cleaned everything from carpet to air ducts and have always focused on training and improving. As I have worked for other companies I found myself often frustrated with the lack of structure, professionalism, and even caring from owner and fellow employees. This was not only common in small companies but also large franchises as well. It seemed like the technicians just went in, did their job, got paid and left. Never discussing things with customers or even sharing their knowledge on the jobs they performed. This often left customers not fully trusting companies or knowing if the job was done properly. Every day I pushed to make sure I did the opposite. I talked to my customers both before and after the job. Letting them know what I was about to do, what to expect from the results, and also how to maintain for the future. Not only did I speak with them professionally but I did it with politeness and confidence in my work. I have decided to finally go my own way and create the business I have always wanted to work for. Train my employees to do the best job they can while fully respecting the customer and their home. also making sure to give customers the best cleanings possible to make their purchase worth it.
