Very nice team. Answered a lot of questions for me. Timely. Could use a slightly better experience for confirming appointments but a very minor complaint once everything was set they were on time and communicative. Would hire again.

Installed a new water heater in October 2023. Paid them the fee for a permit to be filed at time of install. They never applied for the permit with the township. Have called numerous times and receptionist will not let us speak to the department that handles this. Constantly told that they will call back and they donâ t. Been told that they are going to drop off the paperwork and they havenâ t. Have spoken to both the township and ocean county consumer affairs. As of 2/1/24, they have not applied for the permit and has our money for the permit. Permit should have been procured before the work. Installer also did not want to give us the pan that was paid for that goes with the water heater. Had to show him the receipt and then he finally agreed to give us what we paid for. Since their work hasnâ t been inspected yet, I can not comment on the quality of the work. But the customer service is awful because of the lack of communication and respect.

Their team is very polite and respectful, taking the time to explain what they are doing. They showed up on the day they said they would and the time they said they would.

The plumbers that came were not only prompt, but a few minutes early, called to say they were on their way & would be here in a few minutes. They assessed the job they came to do, were very neat when they opened up the ceiling to view the leak & once done, they were very neat in closing up the area. The 2 gentlemen were pleasant, informative and very neat. While here, I remembered I had 2 other concerns - mentioned what they were, replace kitchen sink drain & pipe, fix leak under toilet tank. They checked my requests, they called the office & were assured they could go ahead while here. I got 2 more totally different jobs done - again, very neatly and in a short amount of time. I am very satisfied with Garon T Plumbing & would not only use again, but recommend them highly. They did a great job !

The gentleman was very helpful, and polite I need it to find a plumber and search on Angy I was not sure if they serve my area but they drove about an hour and take care of the job very fast and professional, I highly recommend it.
