The owner of this company talked me into a pricey heating system that he said would last 7 to 10 years. 2.5 years later it's totally dead. The best part is that the manufacturer warranty covers the broken part but he won't repair it... or even call me back to discuss it. Four days calling every day because I have no heat... and each time, I'm stuck talking to Debbie in his office, who tells me a different story every time we talk. Last week it was that she was waiting to hear from the manufacturer. This week she finally admitted they haven't even called the manufacturer (who I'd already spoken with anyway). And when I reminded her that the replacement part was covered and that I was waiting on them to get me a quote on fixing the unit, she responded, "oh, that doesn't really matter because Bill won't want to fix it, he'll say that you should just replace it. So you'll just need to pay what you paid last time all over again." This is without him ever even talking to me about what's wrong. The best part is that the company that I eventually found came out and said, "We've never seen this part fail this soon before. Pretty much the only explanation is a faulty install."

Very, very happy. The owner, Bill, came onsite and worked with us to determine the best solution for the first floor (no attic to run piping and ductwork) as well as a second, more traditional unit on the second floor. We also requested a wifi, remote access thermostat system in order to control heat and air conditioning via a phone app. That system was worth the cost! We did have Willco come out to troubleshoot an issue several months later and they didn't give up until it was fixed to our satisfaction. It had nothing to do with the actual AC system, which works great, but was a miscommunication with regards to the wireless thermostat. They were scheduled to begin work during the March snowstorm; our driveway and walkway were not shoveled, so we expected a reschedule. Instead, the crew plowed the driveway and clean off the sidewalk so they could get the job done! The crew shows up on time, cleans up after each day, is friendly and helpful. Can't say enough about our experience.

They were efficient and clean. Well informed on rebates. Replacement of existing gas lines in house were included in cost. Service was excellent. Came right out to check system when called. Would highly reccommend

The service went very well. Four technicians came out for the job. They completed the service in about 10 hours. The staff was friendly and were great at explaining everything to me. I do not understand too much about heating equipment and they explained how everything worked very well. They even explained everything very thoroughly abut the type of boilers I could get and the different rebates available. I had no problems with scheduling and they always showed up on time.

They had to redo the lines, drain the old system, build the new lines, basically redo the system. Two people came out for the job. It took them about six or seven hours to complete the work. They were very punctual, respectful, they did a great job, they were clean, and dependable. I even had to leave my house for a little bit and left the house unlocked and nothing was disturbed or taken. It took them about a week from the time they gave the estimate to when they came out to do the work. Overall it was a great experience.
