Keith and Mike (business partners) were terrific. Their bid was professional and detailed with real plans. Their work was done right on schedule and was flawless. The only holdup in the project was waiting for the INSPECTIONS (4 in total, all passed) required by the town. Keith's Dad came to the house most days (retired, with decades of construction experience) and there's something "very right" about bringing your father to work with you. The finished porch looks like it belongs on the house and it is absolutely beautiful. I would recommend Master Construction, LLC to anyone at anytime. When Keith Morsell walked into our lives in the spring of 2013, our grand renovation project had ground to a frustrating halt. After 14 months of delays and cost overruns, we had just fired our first contractor and at wit's end, were looking for someone to come in and save the day. It wouldn't be easy. Our architect had proven himself worthless, and while full of charm, half of our 80-year-old lake house was dry-rotted to the foundation and there wasn't a straight line or right angle anywhere to be found. But the challenge only seemed to delight Keith and his team. After a quick and reasonable bid, we put him to work and were pleasantly stunned by the immediate progress. As a trained engineer, he quickly spotted problems with our plans and permits and suggested pragmatic and cost-saving solutions. His years of experience building entire developments became quickly obvious when he demolished and rebuilt the dry-rotted room in record time. Each bit of progress would lead to new ideas, and when we improvised with design, he respectfully rolled with the changes while keeping us up to date with daily photos of the progress. Keith's father serves as a reassuring site supervisor as plumbers and electricians come and go while Mike, Keith's co-owner and finish carpenter is meticulous in installing custom doors and finishes. Since this place is our summer haven, we spent most weekends living amid the construction, and while we must have been annoyingly in the way, the Master Construction team was always incredibly courteous, clean and concerned with our comfort. In the end, we couldn't be more thrilled with the results. I would hire Keith again in a heartbeat.

This was built 20 - 25 years ago and was only builders grade. They basically rebuilt our entire deck and did a fantastic job. People who have come over comment on it and even other contractors who have been over have commented. We will absolutely use them for anything in the future.

We experienced a burst pipe in an upstairs bathroom with water damage to upstairs floors, living room ceiling, walls and floors, and kitchen ceiling. After being stood up by another contractor for two estmate appointments, I called Kieth at Master Construction. He came out the next morning to estimate the work. He called backed several hours later with the figures and after I had a quick consult with my insurance company, he was able to start the same day. All work was done promptly as scheduled and with quality and attention to detail. For example, sheetrock and crown molding lengths were selected long enough to avoid seams. In order to avoid moving out when the floors were done, a fast drying commercial poly was used so that the floor crew could arrive at 9 AM, sand, prime, and apply 2 coats and be done by 3PM. We could walk on the floors at 4PM. Keith, Mike, and their crew including subs were polite, prompt and professional. In addition to the quality of work, pricing was satisfactory to our insurance company. We were pleased with the work enough that we have since hired them to replace the roofing on our barn/garage and the shingled portion of our house. That work was done in one day - stripped to sheathing (some repaired) then installed new with ice dams, upgraded venting, lifetime shingls and clean-up. We also used them for installation of a whole home standby generator. Their electrcal sub spent some extra time documenting and persuading the town inspector that a more modest sized generator with smart load reduction capabilty was satisfactory for our 200 amp service. We would recommend Master Construction to anyone and ecourage use of their general contractor service for a renovation/building project, rather than trying to line up individual trades. Their subs make it worthwhile with good coordination from a general.

Excellent. They came and knocked down the existing structure before I went to work, when I returned from work the new structure was already up. They were very neat and kept the area clean. They protected the area of my house the addition was connected to.

Everything from proposal to installatiion was very smooth. I was kept in the loop from step one. They over exceeded my expectations.
