The work we had contracted ADR for hit many snags along the way. The Staff and owners of ADR Environmental were very professional, and excellent at dealing with unexpected circumstances we faced. Throughout the process they kept us informed and made us aware of all the possible options we had. David Lott was in constant contact with us as we made decisions on how to proceed, his report was thorough and included the documentation we needed to sell our house. We were extremely happy with their service and would definitely use them again. I would not hesitate to recommend them to friends, family and neighbors.

I highly recommend this company. Everything went smoothly from the beginning to end. From my first contact person at ADR Jon who promptly returned my calls and emails, patiently answered all my questions and coordinated the town permits and inspection to their crew members Jim and Troy who actually did the job were great. They were professional, courteous and did an excellent job of cleaning up.

The initial contact with this firm was very positive. The basic process and charges were explained to me and a tentative estimate was emailed. I called to ask for an on site inspection and more exact estimate. When the inspector came out, he was very rushed; told us that he had five of these inspections to do; barely came into the house to answer our questions; and told us that he would send a more detailed estimate within a couple of business days. Within a couple of days, we received a phone call asking for clarification of a couple of things, which I gave. That was the last we heard from the company. We never did receive a follow up estimate or any kind of statement indicating that they would not be able to handle our job.

It was excellent! Jim and Mack did such a clean job, took all of the depris with them and left the area looking better than when they started. They also used something that made the entire downstairs smell great 👍 no odor of oil at all.

Excellent. Great from the beginning to the end. ADR estimated the remediation cost fairly and accurately. ADRs estimate was $4000 cheaper and did more work for less money. After remediation the site was back filled and cleaned up.

ADR was the first company I called and i choose them out of about 5 contractors. Communication was prompt and professional, and the technicians were courteous. On the day of the removal, the technicians were punctual and professional. They worked quickly and cleanly to remove the tank. ADR coordinated all of the permits and inspections and the removal was done in about 4-5 hours. The site was left clean and looked almost untouched. Thanks for a great job!

The soil remediation took longer than expected but the delay was caused by my insurance company that covered the entire cost. David Lott, Art Pierson and everyone (Matt Morris, jim, John to name a few) were great and did an excellent job. They answered every question that I had, kept me up to date at all times and took care of everything including dealing with my insurance company and submitting the paperwork to NJDEP. When they removed the oil tank, my worst fear came true, the oil tank had holes and was leaking. ADR gave me a decent estimate on soil remediation. Gave them the ok to proceed, after digging about 15 feet, they found water contamination and they stopped the work. They told me that water is not part of my property but considered as NJ State. ADR told me to contact my home insurance asap, all the costs should be covered since I have 3rd party coverage. What a relief when my insurance confirmed that they're paying for the entire cost, it came out to a total of approx $90k - whew...I took some pictures but this site has a 10-pic limitation
