Sir Grout Western New Jersey

The work was done and it looked nice--there were a few areas that needed redoing and that work was done. Slightly more than a year later (the work was supposed to last at least 5 years maintenance free)--the grout in the upper level bathroom was holding dirt and discoloration and the kitchen area was staining. I used the cleaner they suggested only. After selling me on five to ten years of clean grout that would be free of maintenance other than washing the floor they then told me they only guarantee the work for a year and then wanted to charge me a maintenance charge or re do the grout for 1/3 of the original price. The grout looks worse then ever now.
