+ -1 moreFerguson was terrific. He came out as soon as I contacted him. It was a Sunday, he fixed it and refused to take a payment. The non-starting furnace worked for two years with no issues. When it won't start again after Super Storm Sandy, it was simply a wire that had worked loose somehow. Fortunately I did not have flooding that time. I recommend him highly.
Description of Work: My furnace was flooded out during the hurricane and would not start. Ferguson came out as soon as I contacted him. He rapidly fixed the problem, which was a short in the wiring and started it back up. He refused any payment even though he was out on Sunday afternoon.

+ -1 moreShort story. The furnance wouldn't We called, he came, he worked, the furnace worked.
Description of Work: Frank came out when he heard we lost our furnace due to the hurricane. He had done other work for us and came out as soon as we called. The furnance needed a part or two to restart which he did immediately and got us back in business. Great work. Great guy. He also installed our new air conditioner a few years ago and has done a couple of other jobs for us. Always a pleasure to deal with and very fair on price.
