Ordered parts and was back quickly to install.

I was very pleased with the service and price. Jeff's crew was courteous and very careful to protect my house and property during the removal of my old system and installation of my new system. The new system came with a warranty and the guys were thoughtful to leave all of the manuals and documentation for me. I would definitely use Air Care for future work.

I called the company 3 times over the course of a month to get an estimate. The receptionist was wonderful and very apologetic, but I never even received a call back to get an appointment.

Came the next business day after my call. Very professional and on time.

Jeff was always quick to return calls, very competitively priced, and he had the best plan for cooling my first floor. Through the recent heat wave, my house has been consistently cool. I was so satisfied, I had his company check my upstairs A/C to see if it needed to be upgraded since in comparison to downstairs, it wasn't nearly as cool. After a thorough investigation, I was told that the system is working well. The issue is that with a large skylight and multiple windows in my bathroom, the sun was heating up that area more than the A/C could cool it. The suggestion was that if I got I shad for the skylight, that might resolve the issue. Alternatively, I could put in an additional vent for about $200. A less reputable HVAC contractor could have told me that the unit would need to be replaced. I greatly appreciated this honesty, and highly recommend Air Care.
