I called Sami during February for a tree removal job which had become a significant priority for us. Sami responded immediately, providing an estimate within a day of my call, and then starting the job within 3 days. Even though the weather was uncooperative, Sami and his team worked diligently to complete the job. I highly recommend him, and plan to use him in the future.

I called Sami's because they had a very good rating on Angie's List. They returned my call within an hour. We made arrangements for someone to come and give us an estimate. Sami's scheduled the job for today. They were here on time, removed all the hedges (which were full of poison ivy), removed all the roots and left the property ready for grass seed. They were very neat workers and removed all the debris. I couldn't be happier with their work. Their price was the best, and I received three quotes. I would like Sami's as one of my favorites!

They arrived early and worked all day. All of the debris was cleared by the team as the work went on. My yard was left clean. No problems with the crew.

I contacted Sami's on April 17, 2014 to give us an estimate to remove 4 large trees and yard debris from our 2 acre wooded lot. The scheduler immediately set me up a meeting for April 18 at 7 pm. At 5 pm on April 18, I was contacted by Sami's telling me they had to cancel our 7 pm appointment. No worries. I appreciated the call and rescheduled for Monday, April 21 at 5pm. On April 21st, Sami's was a no show and no call for our appointment. I called Sami's and the answering service said they would page Sami and someone would return my call. No one called. The following morning I called Sami's again to find out what happened and they apologized, but would not provide me an explanation when asked.. They rescheduled me for that evening April 22 at 5 pm. I waited around for an hour and again Sami's was a no show and no call. Again I contacted Sami's and got their answering service. They told me they would page Sami and someone would get back to me that night, but no one did. I called two other tree service companies on April 17 and those two tree companies showed up at their scheduled times and provided the requested quotes. We gave our job to Rich's Tree Service, because they arrived when they said they would, they gave us great advice, provided a detailed written quote at the end of our meeting, followed up with us the next day to see if we had any questions and the price and estimated date of service was excellent. I was never given any explanation from Sami's Tree Service as to why they did not call and did not show up for the two scheduled appointments. It was extremely unprofessional and waste of my very valuable time. Update: I had a response from Sami on my review apologizing for the three missed appointments due to a family illness. I accept that things happen in life, but don't understand why someone from Sami's did not take the time to contact me to tell me they were not able to make the appointments.

Sami and his team arrived on time and began the work promptly. They cut down the trees we requested and cleaned up all debris. They are a very professional company and really know what they are doing. I was extremely impressed with all aspects of this experience Excellent work, prompt and courteous and right on target with the quote for the work to be done. I would recommend this company for all types of tree and landscaping service.

My husband and I recently purchased a home in the area. When we bought the house it was in dire need of a grass cut and leaf pick up. We contacted a bunch of local landscapers. Sami gave us a quote the next day! The price was very reasonable and the work was exceptional.

Cut down 3 trees. All went well except for them changing scheduled service appointments on the day of service. I would still use them again as they did excellent work.

We contacted Sami on a Saturday, he was very pleasant and came out the next day to look at the job and give us a quote. He was very helpful, friendly and knowledgeable. He gave us a quote the same day he came out. His quote was very fair for the service that needed to be done. Sami and his crew arrived on the day we agreed and exactly on time. Everyone was very friendly and professional and worked very diligently from 7:30 am to 5:00 pm. This was a challenging jog since three of the trees were very large and close to our house. They took extra care to tie every limb they cut and pull it down, instead of just letting it fall so that the house or patio would not incur any damage. They were here for four days. Sami continuously checked with us through out the day to make sure everything was being done to our satisfaction. When the job was finished they cleaned up the entire yard perfectly. We have used other tree services in the past and were not satisfied. We Highly recommend Sami's Tree Service. You will not be disappointed. We plan on using him again for some other things we need done on our property. He does Fall and Spring clean up and landscaping services. There is nothing about our experience with Sami's Tree Service that I have a negative comment about.

Sami was prompt in responding to our initial call. He provided an unbelievably competitive quote within one day of the call. On the day of the service, his crew was on time and courteous. After they had completed the job, you wouldn't have known that three large trees were just removed. I can highly recommend Sami. In fact, we plan to use him next spring for some additional work.

They came a day early and did the entire operation in a little over an hour. Clean-up was very well done and as we agreed. We would use them again in a heartbeat.

Sami removed old overgrown shrubs and roots around and in front of house. Planted new shrubs. Removed old front walk, ground out roots under it and poured new walk. Seeded yard where old trees had been removed. I'm watering yard every day. PS: I wish I had hired Sami's to remove the trees from my yard. Someone else did that I and I was not happy.

It was noted that a large tree in our backyard had been uprooted on the morning (Saturday) following a thunderstorm. Sami's Landscaping & Tree Service was called on that afternoon. I spoke to Sami, who came the house within an hour. He described the job that needed to be done and prepared an estimate. The estimate was similar to what I had seen when reviewing other services in the area, online. Because the tree was leaning on the house, I believed that time was essential and decided to use the service. The tree removal was scheduled for the next business day, Monday morning. However, there were heavy rains during the morning that did not let up until later that day. Sami called that morning. The job was rescheduled for the following day. Sami and his crew arrived promptly that morning and proceeded to removed the tree in a very professional manner. The site was cleaned and no debris was left upon completion. The area that was uprooted was filled with little evidence that a tree existed. Sami is both courteous and professional and I would not hesitate to use him again. Although I did not get other estimates, I do believe his fee was reasonable. I am very pleased with the service.

This is my second time hiring Sami Landscaping. My first time was for tree removal and the service was fantastic and it impressed me to hire them for additional work. Now I hired the for landscaping and the service was exceptional as well. I called the company and the owner was here himself the next day to provide an estimate both times. The pricing was good but more importantly Sami was all about providing high quality service and making the client happy. The crew came on time to start the job. Sami came out to inspect the tree the day that it happened and tied a rope to the tree to prevent any further damage. He had a crew at my house the first thing the next morning and they removed the entire tree. They were a professional and courteous crew who did efficient work of removing the tree as well as cleaning the debris afterwards. The work had to be done quite delicately as there were many power lines near the tree. I've used Sami's before and have found their quality of work is excellent and their price is extremely fair. The last time that I've used Sami's was after hurricane Sandy when they also did same day work. Sami's will be the company that I call for any other tree or landscape needs that I will have. Absolutely first rate!

Due to hurricane, "Sandy," Samis company professionally and efficiently removed 4 spruce trees in a timely manner - Very nice clean up as well. We are pleased with service. Great job!

I contacted them from angies list. They contacted me and came to my property and gave me estimate next day. I was so pleased with them I told them to do it. My experience with them was excellent as they did a great job and the area now looks better than ever. I highly recomend them and I will use them in future.

I originallly called Sami's on 10/30, and reached Sami himself. This was to remove a willow tree that came down due to Hurricane Sandy, and the tree was leaning against our house. He said he would have Danny (estimator) call me, which he did (Danny). They came-out to the property on 11/01, and provided an estimate, which I thought was a bit high, so we negotiated down a bit. Danny provided the written estimate, for the price we agreed on. After a few days, I called back, and again got Sami. I told him I wanted to the work done. He indicated that he would have Danny get in touch with me. By 11/5 I had not heard back from them, so I called back. Sami answered the phone, and handed it over to Danny (after I identified myself, and explained why I was calling). Danny said he needed to check his calendar, and asked if he could call me back in a couple of minutes. I checked to be sure he had my phone number,which he did. He did not call back. On 11/9 I called one more time, explained my problem to Sami, who appologized, and said that he would schedule the work for that coming Wednesday. On saturday, a tree removal crew, up from Atlanta, knocked on my door, and asked if I wanted my tree removed. I told them I had someone coming on Wednesday. He said it couldn't hurt to get an estimate from him, so I let him. He agreed to do the work, for the same price as Sami, and that they'd do it that dayh (Saturday). I was concerned becuase ther was only about 2.5 hours of daylight left, and I didn't want them to do half the job. They said they'd come back on Sunday to finish if necessary - well, it wasn't. A seven man team, with one chainsaw, a wood chipper and a Kuboota did the job in exactly one hour! Only problem was that instead of grinding the stump, they pulled it out of the ground with the Kuboota, and deposited it (and one other large trunk section) at my curb. Fortunatley, the township is supposed to remove them. It's 12/7, and I'm still waiting. Now having written all of this. I would consider Sami's in the future (and I told him that when I called to cancel the work). Keep in mind that this was duiring a time when tree services were being bombarded with calls, and at least I got to talk to Sami. In all, I called a dozen services, got in touch with three, and wound-up using a service that knocked on my door! Go figure!

They were on time. They had a very cordial and well behaved crew. They did anything that I asked about them. They stayed longer than they were supposed to until the job was completed to my satisfaction. I still have the Sami's sign on my lawn.

I contacted Sami's Tree Service to get an estimate on two big dangerous trees right behind my house. I got a fair estimate comported to other two companies that offer me higher prices. Once the job was completed my property was cleaned. Very professional and excellent organization. I highly recommend this company for any tree removal. Also they quoted me landscaping weekly service. Price is affordable.
