Sami and his team are excellent. They did great work. They took down a huge ash on the property line, as well as a pine and a fallen ash. There were no issues and they made sure everything was to our liking without any rush. Sami is friendly and professional. He came right away to do the estimate and he is very flexible. Our yard looks amazing. I will be using him and his team for all of our tree and landscaping needs. I wholeheartedly recommend him to anyone looking for tree and landscaping services.

Absolutely fabulous! Sami's tree service is a pleasure to work with. They were the best price too as we had got various quotes, but I really liked Sami and he was willing to work with us so that won me over. Very patient with all my phone calls and questions; the woman in the office was extremely helpful as well and patient with me. I had asked for various estimates, which Sami himself gave without any frustration from me changing plans. So wonderful to work with I can't stress this enough! Was a pleasure meeting Sami as well, you can tell he really cares about the business. This company should train every other company in customer service and delivery of product A+++++. Already asked Sami for another quote to do some more work we were so happy with what he did already! Highly highly recommend so happy I found him!

Sami's came out the day after I called and provided an estimate. The following week his team came out. Completely cleaned up the yard when done.

Everything went as planned. I Just had a new patio installed and they took very good care of no damage to it. Because they had to enter my property from my neighbor's yard. To show appreciation they prune their trees. These guys are very pleasant to work with.

I have used Sami's landscape and tree service many times for my residential work and have been pleased with the work. This time I had a bigger job for a commercial property. We discussed on site twice the work I was expecting and Sami made a few suggestions. He was able to make himself available both times. I actually had two last minute changes (removing some work and adding some other) and Sami was able to accommodate without fuss which I appreciated. The work was schedule towards the end of our time frame which made me a bit nervous but in the end Sami's team came and delivered the work on time. I am happy with the results and feel that the price is very reasonable. I will continue to work with this company. Thank you.

Sami and team did a great job landscaping the front yard of my house. We needed to remove a sick tree, before installing new sod and shrubs. Sami and team of 5-6 workers did the work in a day, and completely transformed the front of our house. Neighbors & friends all have commented what a great job they have done and we are very pleased with the results. Such is our satisfaction at the job they did, we are currently engaging Sami to landscape our back yard even though we hadn't planned to spend on the money on the back yard for another year or so.

Workers were very neat and left my property clean. Sami was always supervising the job and making sure that I was happy with the result.

We couldn't be happier with the work Sami did on our trees. The arrived promptly and performed a completely professional job. Upon completion, cleaned up all excess debris. Sami was very easy to work with - very knowledgable. Would definitely recommend Sami to anyone looking for quality tree work.

The Good comments first: They did a good job removing debris and trimming bushes. They did grind the roots for the removed bushes. They did plant the new bushes. The price was competitive. Now for the BAD: The boss did not show up to start the job. After the first day, we had to call the office for the next appointment. It took 2 weeks to do a job that should have been done in 2 days. They did not Remove all the dead branches in the bushes; especially along the front walk.. They did NOT remove all of the bush roots. We had a beautiful flowering dogwood tree in our front yard. They cut half of the tree away. We now have half of the dogwood tree. We will NOT use Sami's again. We will NOT recommend Sami's service.

It went great. The service was excellent across the board, from the early start to the guy coming back at the end of the day, unexpected, to repair some acceptable damage I had given the go-ahead on. They made short work of the shed, slicing and dicing it for clean removal. Took out a couple shrubs and a lot of "junk" -- mainly old trees/branches/logs/etc. The trees included a cedar that was better removed than pruned, a large, old cherry tree and a fallen tree from Hurricane Sandy way in the back of the yard. There was a bunch of trimming/pruning to clear drooping branches, etc. They chipped/ground everything and all that was left were the small mounds from the grinding. The clean-up job was perfect for our newly installed playground.

The crew contacted me to let me know when they would arrive. When they came they confirmed with me what I wanted done and got to work right away. Sami came by to check on the progress and make sure I was satisfied. The yard looks great and my neighbors are happy too. I would definitely recommend Sami's for tree service anytime.

The easiest interaction I have ever had with a contractor. They were on-time for the survey and provided a written quote on the spot with a very reasonable price. They came early on the scheduled day to perform the work and did a great job. They cleaned up the work site extremely well. I have no reason to search for another vendor for future tree work.

I called Sami on Monday, he came to see the damage and provide me with an estimate that day, he also deemed the situation emergent and rescheduled some of his work the next day so that his crew could come and take care of my tree. His crew arrived at precisely the time Sami told me they would, took care not to harm my yard by needing to bring their large truck into the yard and when they were through you would never have known they were here, they took care of the problem, cleaned up and even blew the grass while cleaning up so the tamped down spots were no longer noticeable. I would recommend Sami and call him again myself should the need arise. Very professional.

We needed a couple dead trees cut and removed, and other trees to be prune of dead branches. Received a phone call promptly same day after leaving voicemail and Sami came out to do the estimate the next day. He provided his advice on a couple trees on the property and gave a verbal estimate which was very reasonable. The crew arrived a few days later to do the work. We had realized there was a couple more trees which we wanted pruned/removed so told the crew that day. They were able to accommodate the additional work for additional charge. All the work was completed to our satisfaction and the area was left clean. We received an email invoice which we could pay online or send in a check. Couple days later I received a call from Sami to ask how everything was. We were very happy with the work, price, and service and highly recommend Sami's.

I called on Friday and Sami came over same day to provide me with a cost and schedule estimate. On Monday morning the team showed up promptly and performed the job taking all the safety aspects into consideration. Many of the branches were very high and close to the deck and fence. They cut the branches at the proper points to avoid any property damage. They offered to mulch the branches and drop it off in my driveway, but i had to pass as i did not need it. They cleaned the grounds after the job. The deck/backyard seems brighter and the tree looks clean and taller.

This business does not call you back. Its called phone management. If they won't call back I wonder what happens if they do something wrong that you try to get fixed. They probably wont call you back. Buyer beware!

Trees were removed with stumps. Sami gave the best offer and they were on time. They did a great job! Recommended to my neighbors already.

On Sunday, May 31,2015 a tree came down on cable wires and was about to fall acriss my driveway, which would have rendered me unable to get out of my driveway and to work the next day....an emergency situation. Calling the cable and/or phone companies was a dead-end. Both said they are not responsible for cutting trees, I would have to call my town or a private tree service. I would normally not call anyone for any kind of service on a Sunday, but this was definitely an emergency situation. When I called Sami's, an answering service answered and when I explained the situation, the woman was very understanding and sympathetic and said she would make sure she got ahold of someone at the company. Two hours later, I still had not had a return call, so I called again. The woman at the answering service was very apologetic and said she would make sure to get my message to the owner. I indicated I would at least like a return call as to whether or not Sami's could help and, if not, whether they could make a recommendation of a tree service that could. Again, no return call...until the following TUESDAY. I was left a message by Andrea, asking me to call them to let them know if I still wanted their service, or if the issue had been resolved. (On the recommendation of a friend, I was able to reach another service and the tree was finally cut at 6 p.m. Sunday evening, just prior to a storm that most certainly would have caused more stress to the tree, which most certainly would have fallen on the cable wires and across the driveway). I did call Andrea back, and indicated basically what I'm writing here. She said she wasn't in the office on Sunday, obviously wanting to eliminate herself from being responsible, but never offered to make any kind of amends on behalf of the owner. She really didn't seem at all concerned by either my annoyance or distress. It is normally my habit to shop locally....Sami's is local to my home and had been referenced on a local Facebook page. I live in a heavily wooded area and will need more tree work done before winter. However, after this experience, I will NEVER use Sami's and I would never recommend them to any of my neighbors or friends.

Called Sami and he came out to give an estimate. Had received an estimate from another company that was 100 dollars lower than sami's so he matched the lower price. He took our new driveway into account and when he came with his team, they didn't bring any large trucks into the yard. He trimmed everything as requested, cleaned up nicely. Sami and his team were pleasant and professional. We would use them again.

Obviously Sami doesn't want to bid on the job, but then just say so. That it being a professional. Don't keep me hanging! I wrote the review on Angie's list on 8/15 and I stand by it for the work that was being done. I am angry because call me and explain the delay. Doing nothing is unacceptable. He got the first part of the job, in part, on saying he could do the second part. Beware his customer service is excellent if he wants the job, but if it doesn't appeal to him then all bets off.

Sami provided excellent on time service. Men were pleasant and professional. I would highly recommend this tree service!

Sami the owner was present to oversee the job. Sami was open to any questions and suggestions we had. The workers Oscar and Efrin were professional, attentive, friendly, polite, and careful. We could not ask for a better group of workers. Cost of service was reasonable. The job was done to our satisfaction and we will have Sami's Landscape & Tree Service and his workers back again for future projects.

Sami's did a good job. On time, within budget.

Sami had come to to an estimate before we took possession of our house and compared to the two other quotes we got, his was the best. He was quick to call back with information, provided estimates over email, and was very professional. The day of the removal he came and talked to me about various other trees that we might consider removing, the pros and cons for taking out additional trees, longer term concerns to look out for, and was able to accommodate extra work day of the appointment. The stumps were dug out and replaced with soil (you can't even tell a tree was there!) He would have carted off all the debris, but we also asked him to leave us some mulch, which he did for us free of charge in tidy piles on our lawn tarp. He also removed a large pile of old bamboo that we had previously removed (free of charge), so that we didn't have to worry about disposal. The house/work looks fabulous now. We're very happy with the work. Would strongly recommend.

This is the first time that I used Sami's Tree Service and Sami came to see what I wanted done. I was in a time crunch and asked if he could help me out. He told me he was quite busy but would try to fit me in and he was good to his word. Sami and his crew were very pleasant. I told him that I would like to use his service on a regular basis.
