Sami's was very responsive and professional, clean up after the job was good. They followed up on their work and came back to follow through with a few things we needed fixed. Thank you.

Sami's team was fast and did a great job. Our only complaint is the poor responsiveness to e-mails and phone calls. We got an estimate from Sami on Friday and confirmed on that same day that we wanted Sami's to do the job as long as it could be complete within 1.5 weeks. We received an e-mail stating that someone would contact us on Monday to schedule the job. We did not hear anything on Monday so e-mailed and called on Tuesday to inquire about the job. We again heard nothing so e-mailed and called on Wednesday - again, no reply. After e-mailing and calling on Thursday, we finally received a return phone call stating that we would hear back within the hour with the date for our job. Again, we heard nothing so called again on Friday to inquire. We finally got a call back on Friday telling us that our job was scheduled for Monday (weather then delayed it to Tuesday). So, it took a full week of daily e-mails and phone calls to get a schedule for our job. However, once they started the job, they were fast and did excellent work.

This is the third time I have used Sami and again I was not disappointed. He had to set up a crane to remove a tree at front of the house. The tree trunk was over 5 feet in diameter and was over power lines. The other tree was also fairly large at the back of the house. Surprisingly, he finished the work in less than one day when we thought it would take 2-3. Everything went super smooth and most importantly everything was done in the safest way possible. The stumps were grinded and all wood chips were removed. I can't say enough about his company and how all of his workers conducted themselves. If you need any type of tree service, look no further. And by the way, his prices are the best by far.

We had a number of trees severely damaged by a heavy snow storm. Even though I am sure that Sami's was flooded with calls after the storm, I received a prompt call back and someone was sent to my house to provide an estimate the next business day. They were able to remove the trees and clean up the debris that day.

They did a excellent job.Sami,s crew showed up right on time and began to work.They were very professional and courteous.Their equipment was execellent.They cleaned up every day.I would definitely use them again.

Did everything right from start to finish. Got back to us right away with estimate. Very careful with surrounding shrubs. Worked efficiently and did great clean-up. Would definitely use again.

Sami and team arrived promptly and completed all work within one day. They completely removed one large tree that was impeding upon the house (including grinding of stump). Another tree was partially removed as Sami and team were able to save partially (to our request). Trees were all trimmed away from house/roof. All hedges were trimmed (and we can see clearly out of our driveway again!) Some annoying plants were removed from our pool area. The team cleaned up all debris and removed from property.

I met with Sami and we went over what I wanted done. He said he would email me a quote for everything. That was two weeks ago. I haven't gotten a quote and when I emailed him, no response.

work went really well. took 2 days to remove 6 to 7 trees/bushes from my backyard. 2nd time Sami's has done work for me and have no complaints. Would recommend and hire again.

Sami's crew are hardworking and we are always pleased with the outcome. We appreciate the fact that Sami is flexible and he tries to please his customers. When he was concerned that a small dogwood would interfere with his removal of an adjacent large dead ash, he asked if he could remove that tree as well. I told him that it was extemely important to me that he take care while working and try as well as possible to preserve it. He took my request seriously and his workers were able to keep the dogwood safe in spite of the fact that it took some extra effort on their part and I really appreciated that! Sami is fair with his prices and I would definitely not hesitate to recommend him to anyone. In fact, the last time he was here he also removed three dead ash from our neighbor's property and they felt that he gave them an extremely fair price for the work and they were also grateful for our recommendation to use him.

I called Sami's office to schedule an estimate. He came out the very next day and the job was completed the following day. He was prompt, professional, friendly and very fairly priced. He and his team also cleaned up beautifully at the completion of the job. You would never have known any work was done. I jokingly told them that they were magicians! I have handed out their cards and told all of my neighbors about them. Since then, I have seen their trucks on my street alone for 2 other jobs They are awesome! I currently have a landscaper that I like. But I was so impressed with Sami and his team, that I will probably hire them for my landscaping needs next season.

Excellent service. Quick estimate, he had an opening the following day and completed all work in a very professional and timely matter. Prices are the cheapest around and believe me, I looked. Will definitely use again in the future.

It was excellent. Sami and his team arrived early for the job to do their work. It was a difficult job to do due to the location of the tree on our property and required a skillful hand to remove it. Sami did an excellent job at removing the tree and all of the debris.

Sami was polite and setting up the contract was straightforward. Price was excellent. There was a lot of yard waste I needed to be cleared and included several small trees a friend had helped chop down and cut into pieces. His crew did a good job cleaning up the area and chopping down a large pine that was growing too close to the house. They also removed a large bush from the backyard. I will use his service again if I have a need.

Sami worked on the other house several months ago. He came off as kind, professional, and caring. His crew is also nice and hardworking. So, we asked him to do more tree work on this other house we just bought. Things went as expected, and they cleaned up well after the job. At the end of the day, Sami also helped to turn on the sprinkler system (thank you, Sami!). He and his team are kind and thoughtful, and his price seems fair, so I am recommending him to many of my friends and co-workers.

I called on Monday night at 6:15, was placed on hold 20 minutes. Then I left a message. On Tuesday, no one called back. When I called on Tuesday , I was told that this business only works with customers who sign up for the entire season. I really think this should be on line. Big waste of my time!

We have had Sami's here 3 times to do work. The 1st was a yard cleanup last spring in which the crew came and cut back our landscaping, cleaned the leaves from the property and freshened the place up for ~$375. I feel they did a nice job and when the idea came to get some fresh mulch put down we contacted them. The price was right around the same but somehow the quality suffered in both the workmanship and materials. The mulch was like cheap contractor grade with little color and the application was very spotty. Where they dumped the piles was a good 6-8" thick and where they raked it out barely covered the ground. The trenching to define the beds was filled in some spots and empty in others. I felt the job lacked attention to detail but as this is the 1st time I've hired someone to do this maybe I was expecting too much for the money? So I cleaned up the job and forgot about it. The 3rd time was having some arborvitaes installed to make our yard more private. I left the gate open for them and they did the job while I was in work. When I got home the plants were in the yard unplanted and I was told they had to leave but would be back to finish. So the plants sat out there for 2 days until the crew came back to finish. This time when I got home what I found was basically 12 arborvitaes sitting on top of mulch. The bushes weren't even dug in and were leaning over. I called Sami and he tried to convince me the arborvitaes are plated shallow. No, they were placed on the ground and not planted. So we rescheduled the guys to come back and do it right. As I stayed home to supervise them the work was done properly. This last time which my judgement should be questioned was to call them for another yard cleanup. They came out with the estimate and I agreed on the price and called to schedule the work. Feeling I should be here to supervise the job I called in a 1/2 day at work. When they didn't show I called to office to find out where they are and I was told they are not coming as the work was never scheduled, they just thought I wanted to speak to the estimator again. Wait, what? And since the estimator was already here he's not coming back. So I pretty much wasted a 1/2 day for a landscape company to blow me off. And now I have to put faith in them to do the job properly without me being here or use another half day.

4 men plus a supervisor showed up on time. They completed the job within the time frame as outlined. My wife wanted them to trim back the mulberry tree a little more, they took care of it without hesitation.

I called & made an appointment and nobody showe up. I called the office up and they apologized and said there was an emergency. They called back and said somebody would come later that day. Somebody did come by & provided a verbal estimate. I asked him to send me a written and he said it would send to me later that day. I never got the estimate.

I think the price was high for the service they provided. It always felt like Sami's Landscaping rushed through the property rather than do a thorough job. I have a reflector pole next to my driveway that they ran over and damaged. I also have a couple of dogs and twice they left the gate to the backyard open. I have a new landscaper doing the same work for considerably less and I think the quality of the work is better. The new crew changes the cutting pattern each week, clears sticks/debris, always closes gates behind them and overall seems more interested in the work they do. Overall I thought Sami's did an ok job, but because they left our gate opened a second time (I called to complain the first time it happened), I didn't want to risk the dogs getting out of the yard. The fact that I found a better crew for less is why I feel they were overpriced.

Great service! I needed to have a "triple-trunk" birch tree completely removed, with the stump ground up, and another tree trimmed, because it was scraping the roof of the house and dropping leaves into my gutter. I asked Sami's and one other service to come by, see the work to be done and give me a quote. Sami's quote was $675, while the competitor was at $750, and Sami offered a 10% Angie's List discount, to bring the cost down to about $608 plus tax. Once I decided to use Sami, his guys came in the same day. They only needed about three to four hours to do the job. They removed all the debris, and everything looked great!

Sami gave me an estimate and decided to move forward. I called to schedule him, he said he would get back to me. This took place about 3 times and never heard back from Sami. If you want someone to just string you along then Sami is your guy.H
