+ -1 moreWe contracted with them about two months ago but because we haven’t had any rain they sent us a notice saying they wouldn’t be coming out. The grass isn’t growing so there is no reason to mow the lawn and I really appreciate their honesty. The owner came out initially and he was very professional, nice, and easy to work with. They show up when they are supposed to and they are careful about mowing around our flowers. The price is excellent and they do a very good job taking care of our lawn.
Description of Work: I am using OneCall Property Management Services to mow the lawn every week.

snow removal
+ -1 moreShowed up to give an estimate promptly after I called, and said he'd be by both at night and the next morning to remove snow on the sidewalks and on the driveway. Didn't show up until 1 pm the next day (or so he claims). No one ever called to inform me they'd be late. He claims he was overbooked. He shouldn't have promised me he'd do it, then. I was left to clean out the sidewalks myself and my tenants removed snow from 90+ feet of driveway with a shovel and small snowblower. I'll be taking my business elsewhere, needless to say.
