We would highly recommend DNR Construction. We met with David to discuss options for replacing our old deck. He walked us through the different grades of decking material and helped us to make the right choice for our needs. David and his team are very skilled at their craft and the quality of their work clearly shows it. Communication was clear and ongoing, and we were kept informed all along the way until the deck was completed. David and his team were very professional, honest and the most pleasant contractors we have ever worked with. We would definitely recommend them and use them again.

My house is more than a hundred years old and every project reveals unexpected issues. For example, before Dave and his crew could begin to rebuild my front porch, they had to first figure out why there was water dripping from the porch ceiling. In the process they found rotten support beams and other issues. They were undaunted by any problem they encountered and resolved each issue perfectly. In the 31 years that I've lived in this house, Dave and his crew are the best workers that I've ever had the pleasure of working with. They can do anything, including replacing century old materials with ones that perfectly match the original. I was so pleased with their work that I've hired them to do more work on the back corners between the second and third stories. Dave is easy to work with, completely professional, highly skilled, and thoroughly honest.

I couldnâ t be more pleased with the repair to my porch! David impressed me from the start when he came to look at the problem where the floor had separated and sagged slightly. He was professional and knowledgeable, and I really appreciated his reassurance that it could be fixed. His crew was great. When they left the porch was back where it belonged and it looked perfect. In addition, the site had been cleaned of every trace. I recommend DNR without hesitation!

David and his team did a fantastic job adding to my existing deck. David was very informative when helping me choose the deck materials based on cost and value. He kept me informed when the crew would /would not show up as well as when to expect delivery of materials. His team was very skilled and also respectful of my property. The quality of work was top notch and I wouldnâ t hesitate to hire them again.

David and team did a great job installing a structural beam and removing a wall in our house so we could expand our kitchen. David was prompt, on time and got the job done quickly. My house was built in 1904, so David and his experience was needed for this project.

Great work at fair value

Dave and his crew were very professional . The quality of their work was very good. Dave worked with us was very flexible and very creative in in the design and implementation. They were always on time and ready to work.

Once they started the project they were at my home on time everyday. The manager called me and kept me informed; they managed my expectations when the weather would not permit them to work without me calling them. The quality of their work exceeded my expectations and I will hire them again.

But the care they took showed us how much they care about your personal property. Debris from the job was cleaned up throughout the job, leaving our backyard safe for our dog. Excellent experience with this company. Received the initial call within minutes of requesting a quote. They were there that day to provide a quote and had extremely fair pricing. I am not used to NJ pricing for the work, so a little surprised with the cost. Having said that David was professional and very up front with all that needed to be done and the work itself was great. We love our new deck
