It is with great pleasure I write this review for Chatham Landscape Contractors (CLC Farms). I priced around for Contracts on quality and price, after speaking with Sean, he provided me with a proposal that I was impressed with. He installed a new patio with the addition of plants and trees that added to the beauty of the patio, the job was completed as scheduled and in a timely manner. I was pleased with his knowledge, professionalism and work ethic. I am extremely impressed and happy to have found them, I highly recommend Sean and his team.

I clearly indicated on a graph supplied by the provider where the trees were to be placed on delivery to my house. Provider indicated they would move up to 10 feet from end of driveway and advised me I need not be home during delivery. Despite these clear instructions, the trees were dropped on the driveway, far from the indicated place on the graph. Worst of all, one of the trees was dropped so forcefully it damaged the root ball . Owner 's son delivered and claimed my elderly husband 'directed' the delivery which is patently untrue. The graph indicated clearly where the trees were to be placed and all they were interested in was to do as little work as possible. Owner/ Provider refused to speak to me, make any amends or give any consideration for replacement . The son who delivered came outside briefly when I stopped by to complain and told me they were busy in a marketing meeting and had no time for me. Complaint pending with BBB. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.
