This is concerning a response that I had received from a concrete dealer that you recommended. I was contacted by Wayne Hotchkin from Rock Hard Concrete to do the job that we were requesting. He responded quickly and a couple of times before I was able to get back to him. I am happy that he perused contacting me. We were extremely happy with the job that he and his crew did on our patio. I love it!...i had been staring at my rusty old bilco door and stepping out on my misaligned back steps for quite some time. Finally signed up with service magic and got a quote from Wayne of Rock Hard Concrete, he was very courteous, spent the time to really talk about what i needed and gave a fair price. we just completed the job, it looks fantastic!, what a big improvement!, im so pleased. He will be doing a patio later this spring for me, after i get some much needed tree work completed. Thanks Wayne, I love it!

I can not say enough good things about Wayne and his workers. Wayne came out very quickly & gave us an estimate which was very reasonably. He started right away, took care of the permits, explained everything to us, and as issues arose, that were not his fault at all, he explained the options and gave us excellent advise. He showed up exactly when he said he would. He was not only professional, but just overall a great guy who right away I felt I could trust. His work was fantastic and even as the project got bigger the prices remained extremely reasonable. I would hire him again in a heart beat and HIGHLY recommend him.

Doing business with Rock Hard Concrete was a total pleasure. I received a response to my request for concrete driveway replacement the same day, and met with Wayne to discuss the project the next. He was very thorough in his explanation of what was to be done, made some suggestions but with no pressure to do any more than I requested. I confirmed that I wanted Rock Hard to do the job. Wayne and his crew are very nice and professional. The quality of time put into the estimate was great and it was thorough. Wayne kept in communications with me about getting the work done. When we set the date he called the evening before to check if we were still on for the work. He and his workers showed up very promptly and got to work without hesitation. The project involved replacement of a side walk 7'X 17' at my church. The new sidewalk was installed professionally and I received accolade from a number of congregants on the quality of work.

We had our deck and concrete foundation demo'd, and an 18' x 31' brick patio installed. We wanted to use an uncommon type of clay brick, which Wayne had never worked with before but he and his crew rose to the challenge. They kept the job site tidy throughout and after the project, and even put up a makeshift fence for our dogs. He checked in with us often to answer questions, get our feedback, and keep us up to date over the course of the project (about 3 weeks). His work was impeccable and is exactly what we wanted! We had a custom iron fence made, too, and Wayne coordinated with the welder to make it easier for us. A wonderful craftsman!
