Mike was very helpful with carpet selection, and working with me to make it all happen quickly, and at my convenience. Since this is a rental and is empty right how, I didn't want to have to sit there and wait for hours for someone to show up As I travel in my work, I called Mike when I was in the area, asked if it was convenient for him and he said yes, so we met and did the estimate. I liked the price and felt I could trust Mike. A couple days later he had it done, and the color is perfect.

It was perfect. I would not hesitate in calling Mike again to do any flooring job. He was professional and his work was great. I have zero complaints.

Initially, I went to Lowes for an estimate and then contacted New Century based on Angie's List reviews. I'm glad I did!! I called for an estimate and immediately received a call back. I told Mike what I was looking for. He came to my house to give me an estimate (very punctual) and provided several types of samples. He was very personable. He is very old school (which I like) and didn't charge all the extras that Lowes was charging (i.e., move furniture, extra $ for steps). Whenever I needed to get in touch with him, he always returned my call. Mike and his son installed the carpet. On the day of the installation, they arrived on time. They are extremely nice, courteous and professional. Mike was very easy to talk too. They are very clean and didn't leave anything behind. When they left, there wasn't anything for me to do, as they even vacuumed the carpet after installing it. Their work is amazing. The rooms look beautiful. If you are looking to have carpet installed and want the job done right, want someone who will always return your phone call, want someone who is willing to work with you, I wouldn't look any further than New Century. I will def hire him again to carpet the rest of the rooms in my house.

Very Satified. I called and left a message. Mike responded very quickly. He came to my house, took measurements and gave me an estimate. He said he would complete the stairwell with no additional cost. I received two more estimates from other carpet installers on Angie's List. Mike's measurements matched one of the installers, but with a better price. The other installer calculated less square footage and gave a higher cost. I called Mike and requested padding for the stairwell and asked if he had 15 ft carpet, instead of 12 ft. He checked into it and responded very quickly. The 15 ft carpet was a slightly higher cost for him, but he gave it to us, with no additional cost. He also added the padding for the stairwell at no additional cost, He was punctual, curteous and professional. He and one other installer moved all furniture and installed carpet with cuts where we requested. They worked very quickly, cleaned up after their work and left the remainder of carpet scraps for our future use. I would definitely recommend them.

New century did a great job. Our home was in need of new carpet. They had a variety of flooring to choose from. The material that was ordered came in fairly quick. When installation day came the installors were respectful and quiet. It only took thema couple hours to complete. In the end I was happy and I would definitely use them again.

I hired New Century Flooring to carpet two rooms at a property that I own. I needed this flooring completed quickly and they were able to provide me with a date pretty quickly. They helped me along each step of the way leaving me extremely satsfied. When the installers arrived, ON TIME, they were professional and they got the job done quick and the end result was excellent. I will continue to use New Century for all my flooring needs, so far no other company has beat them in price and quality.

I was very pleased with this flooring company. The material came in fast. Installers were professional and patient with questions I had. It only took them approx 6hrs to complete and when it was finished my house looked AMAZING!!!! The last time I had flooring done in my home the experience was not so good. New Century really made this whole experience actually EASY.
