Outstanding! It's been over 1.5 years since We hired Joe and his team to work on our house. I'm very satisfied with the way things have gone over time. Anytime we've needed a hand with restarting pilot lights, or routine questions they are always responsive with help and answers. Joe and Linda are committed to high levels of customer satisfaction. They are just as great to work with a few years down the road as they are on day one. I wouldn't hesitate to use them in the future on a different house. Highly recommended!

Owner was fantastic! Gave me solid quotes (beat two other companies by over double!) and offered other services when he saw we were not up to code. His workers were professional, easy to work with and went above any beyond what was asked. Owner added another duct move at last minute for a really great price.

I had Joe and his team maintain my old oil boiler and ductless A/C unit for years until late last year when I decided to cut over to forced hot air and central A/C in both units of my multi-family. I obtained several bids, Joe was extremely competitive and considering my previous experiences with him it made the decision a no-brainer. Joe installed 2 A/C units and 1 gas furnace and I couldn't be happier with the results. The job was done pretty much exactly on schedule. The only issues on the project were entirely my fault and Joe graciously worked through all of them with me, even after the install was done. Hopefully I won't need any work in the near future but Joe and his team will definitely be my go to guys if I ever need anything. I highly recommend him to anyone looking for an honest, hardworking HVAC contractor.

Very clean, dependable... this was the second home I used Kagel's. Also my husband and I had them replace our HVAC units at our business.

Kagel's Heating and Air Conditioning was very professional from the time of the preparation and discussion of their estimate/proposal to the completion of the project. Installers were very courteous and efficient. The installation of the systems was excellent. Performance of the systems installed has been excellent.

I got their name from someone else. They had done work for me previously on my old units and installed a new thermostat starting way back in 2002. I did compare the price with some other folks and it seemed to be reasonable. They are very good. They have come out since then to do warranty service calls and check over the system.

It took about 10 days for the company to return my initial call. Once they answered, an appointment was set up for within a week. The technician came and was very knowledgeable. He gave me a lot of information on ways to keep my system energy efficient and gave suggestions on how to keep the upstairs of my Cape Cod cooler in the summer.
