D'Imperio does a very nice job on our lawn. They are very accomodating too. If I need something done differently they are responsive and happy to help. Recently were having a party and needed the lawn cut on a different day, they were happy to adjust their schedule to help.

The staff at D'Iimperio is very professional, courteous, and provide quality work. They have provided good design ideas and are always looking out for the customers best interest. I have recommended them to a number of my friends who have also been very happy with their services. They may not be the cheapest contractor, but they do some of the best work. I have used other landscape contractors that were cheaper with BAD results.

The lawn was quite bad and I knew it, they were suppose to come tomorrow and they showed up at 8am today. My dad just passed away and I am trying to get everything in shape for an estate sale. On the initial estimate he told me it would be $60 for each time, I even questioned him on the price during the initial estimate because I thought it seemed low for the work that needed done, but he assured me everything would look great and it would just be $60. If he would have told me ahead of time there was going to be extra costs to clean up the clippings and knock down ALL of the weeds I would have paid extra. I called and asked after they got "done" why they only removed some of the weeds and not all of them, I asked why the clippings did not get cleaned up and were left clumped in the yard. He claimed he only agreed to mow the lawn and it wasn't his fault it had gotten so long. I had taken him at his word that he would make the lawn go back to how it was. The contract calls for the lawn to be cut bi-weekly through Dec. 1, the lawn looks worse now than it did before. He left a sloppy job with half the weeds chopped and half of them still there. He left the few weeds he did chop laying in the ground. What he said verbally agreed to me and what he said are in the contract are completely different. He said my yard was bad and "that's why you can't get anyone out there". He was just such a jerk and his comment about my dad not maintaining the yard was completely uncalled for. I had no idea the "clean up" was not going to be included in the price.He was just so rude, deceptive, and he left my yard looking worse than it was before. When I questioned his work he ended up yelling and making a scene, my neighbors even came out to see what was going on, it was embarrassing.

They're exceptional! Their pricing depends on the size of the lawn. They're punctual, reliable, and very informative whenever we have any questions. We're just so pleased with them because we had a previous service that was not good. We had other estimates and they were slightly higher than a couple but they were lower than others; we like them so we went with them.

I emailed through their website on July 1, 2013 requesting an estimate for an installation of a retaining wall which they never replied back via e-mail or telephone call.. I decided to call them directly due to taking into consideration that perhaps they were closed due to the holiday week. I left a message with my home phone#, work# and cell# and never returned my call. This is just poor business.

Excellence was achieved with every project we had done by D'Imperio! Given the time of the year some of our projects have been done, we have sometimes had to work around some weather issues, which meant some delays and the subsequent juggling of projects by D'Imperio. However, as we have learned from working with others, that is to be expected with any outside project that is exposed to weather conditions. Of course, this sometimes meant a lesson in patience on our part, but in the end it is more than worth the wait, because as we have learned with our experiences with working with D'Imperio over the years and quot;with patience comes quality work and craftmanshipand quot;! As far as pricing......D'Imperio's price tag may be slightly higher than others depending on the project, but after we saw the craftmanship and quality of work on their first project, we had no problem writing them a check, or calling them again to do additional work. One additional note we feel is important to add is and quot;D'Imperio is in high demandand quot;, so you may sometimes have to wait for them to get to your project, but this is only because they work with the best people! If you call them in July, and they tell you it will be August before they can get to your project, then we suggest you wait if you can, because it is well worth the experience of working with them! Troy, Mark, and their crews get our highest recommendation, because in our opinion they are the best at what the do!!!

Went well

Once they have arrived on site and performed the actual service; their work is impeccable. The problem is; getting them to commit to the time frame without a run around. They stand behind their warranty, if it's 30 days it's 30 days.....

I called for an estimate in the middle of July and they were very prompt to do it. But then my job was put on hold until the end of August, at which point I told them my deadline for getting it done was approaching. A date was set and he arrived with the proper equipment, taking care to not tear up my driveway and whole back yard while moving it in. The work was started; the problem was found, corrected, and everything was filled back in and seeded. The equipment was moved out with just as much care as moving in. He told me how to care for the seeded area in the coming weeks. It is now two months later and the area looks better than it has ever looked.

The work started somewhat later then originally indicated, but once work started the job was finished promptly and I am totally satisfied with the finished product. The installation is beautiful and professionally done.

Their pricing was good and they did what they said they would do. They did lot of stuffs exactly the way I wanted. I wanted a drain away from my house and they did it for me. They were professional and responsive. The quality of their work was good and I was satisfied with their service.
