I cannot thank Jose and his son enough. We had called a different plumbing service prior to calling them. They fixed the damage done by the prior reputed company and made the needed repairs to solve the issue. They were attentive and took the needed time to make sure the job was done right. They answered my call on Saturday afternoon which is rare. Professional, skilled and reasonable. I would highly recommend them.

weehawken township sent this plumber to our home for inspection and never informed us that it's not free and never communicated with us about the fees if any. and after the work, the plumber went straight to us for payment, intimidating and demanding us to pay $700 for an inspection, while we hold no responsibility for the payment. There are more than one units in the building and they didn't even attempt to ask the other owners for payment. It's totally targeting us based on discrimination and racism. More importantly, they reached to an wrong conclusion after can't figure out where the issue was. and wrongfully blamed the issue coming from certain parts of our unit, which is totally wrong. And to solicit us to pay, he said he would provide the video showing the issue. But after forcing us to pay, he only had pictures which can't demonstrate his conclusion at all. this type of business should go bankcrupt for blackmailing

My water tank started leaking on or about 3pm today. I called Jose on his mobile, he was pleasant and personable on the phone. He thanked me for calling him. I told him my circumstance and asked him what his availability was. He said he would have one of his guys at my house in 20 to 30 minutes! I wasn't sure I got that right, so asked if he meant he would CALL me in 20 to 30 minutes. He said no, he confirmed he would have someone at my house in that time. He asked I text him my address, I did. I was pleased and surprised. immediately after 30 minutes passed and no Jose. I figure lets give the guy an hour, he's probably busy. After an hour I call him again to follow up and see what the status was. Rings about 6 times goes to voice mail. Voice mail says he's sorry he cant answer, but if its an emergency to call multiple times until he answers. OK, so I call 5 minutes later, and now it doesn't ring. It immediately goes to voice mail. You know like when you don't want to receive calls and you shut your phone off? So I call two more times, same thing. I waited until 5:30, 2 hours after our initial conversation. I called and left a message for him at that time reminding him of what he confirmed he would do and did not. My experience with Jose is his demonstration of his lack of integrity and consideration for a potential client and his unreliability. Why have me wait for him? Why not just say I'm so busy I can't do it. That would've been OK. It's understandable. Anyway, I found someone else to do the work. Jose finally called me at 6:36 pm. 3 hours later a big difference from 30 minutes! He was of no use to me at this point and had nothing to discuss with him either. He didn't leave a voice mail. Lol. So I urge you NOT to use this guy. Do your self a favor.

He is personable, knows what he is doing, professional, and has a solid team of people working with him. He was also able to obtain water heaters and other supplies after Hurricane Sandy very quickly and sold them at a fair price.

plumber so long as he is in business. They replaced the following for us: 2 hot water heaters, boiler, bathroom piping, and a garbage disposal (not storm related). He got everything done quickly (given the demand for his services), and his prices were reasonable. I trust him with any job within the scope of his services. Best plumber in North Jersey.
