Very good communication and service with this company. Chuck, the owner contacted me early morning to update me on a delay in the roof installation schedule and the workers did arrive at noon as the owner had projected. Glen, the Project manager was on site to answer any questions or address any issues. Workers were very professional and cleaned up every night before leaving. After the installation there was an issue with some shingles overhanging the new gutter rendering the gutter useless and Chuck addressed the issue immediately. Happy to say that new roof is beautiful and gutter is working well. Excellent customer service.

Removed and replaced a flat rubber roof and installed wrought iron fencing around it. Workmen were diligent in performance of their job and cleaned up afterwards. Customer service staff was very responsive. Any problems were addressed satisfactorily.

I have no experience in hiring home repair services, but the company was very responsive overall and I feel they did a good job on my mother's house. I also like thier commitment to giving back to the community by provinding free or low cost repairs to the less fortunate. They were VERY PROFESSIONAL! They did a great job for a very competitive price. They repaired the roof on our large outdoor porch. They put in skylights, at a reasonable cost and came up with a solution, which added extra light on the porch and made it very bright. There was a defect, in one of the skylights, which I didn't really notice , they pointed it out, and they got it replaced without any issue, or request by me. They took care of it with no questions. Our roof always had problems, because the pitch was not steep enough, they put on a " flat roof " solution, no leaks, excellent carpentry below. They did an awesome job for us. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND them to anyone needing to have their roof repaired. EXCELLENT JOB, Fantastic people!

I really appreciated how John worked with me as I had a lot of questions and concerns; my issues stemmed from the roof being replaced years ago completely wrong - no ventilation that caused mold issues. He was extremely responsive, answered all questions, and helped to create a plan that made the most sense for my house and ventilation requirements. As for the job, any issues that arose during the project were handled efficiently and quickly. We lost none of my wife's plants that surround the house (she was adamant about this point). Overall area was cleaned up well. Hopefully I will not have to replace the roof again in my time here, but if I do, I will call John and Roof4Roof again for sure.
