All I can say is that they were terrific.

Couldn't be happier. The quality of the work was excellent. When they ripped up all the tiles in the entryway they went through and closed all the bedroom doors in the house and used plastic sheeting to keep the demo dust controlled (maybe everyone does this, but it was a nice touch - they didn't just come in and start ripping things up) Where they laid new planks to continue the wood floor over where the tiling used to be, you absolutely can't tell. It looks as though the entire floor was laid all at once when the place was built. The stain, the protective coating, the handling of the spindles on the staircase - everything was great. But here's what really did it for me: Bill, the owner suggested that we allow him continue the sanding and refinishing a little further than we were planning (all the way down an adjoining hallway). Why? he thought it would look better. I asked how much extra that would cost but he said no charge - it wasn't that much additional work. Also, after all the work was done, we had a late change of heart and wanted to have an old saddle put back in in a doorway where we had originally said to take it out. Job was done for a few days at this point but they came back and put it in at no charge, with no complaint. This is a company that cares about the quality of the finished product looks and the satisfaction of the customer, not nickles and dimes. Every worker that came into our home was a complete gentleman and i would not hesitate to give my highest recommendation for this company. A's across the board!

We met with 5 different contractors to deal with a very old tile job with 1.5 inches of concrete below it. Bill at Keri Wood floor had the best solution of using a concrete grinding machine to smooth out the tile surface and install engineered wood over the tile. This process was done in 3 rooms... the 4th room had a wood subfloor. In total they installed 1000 sq. feet of engineered wood as well as the installation of 1/4 round molding around all kitchen cabinets (stained to match). The guys did an awesome job. It exceeded our expectations. We were concerned about any damage to the kitchen cabinets but it went perfectly. They went to great lengths to wrap and protect all the cabinets. Would highly recommend.

Extremely professional, diagnosed what had been done erroneously by another contractor previously and made it right. On time, expedient and not a single complaint. Friendly workers and office staff.

The team in total were extremely helpful and always professional. I intend on using them for another project in my home. It is a family run business with quality people coming into your home that can be trusted.

It went great. The floors came out looking better than I expected. I had used them in the past and they continue to an excellent job. I have a number of properties and I have used them a number of times. The owner, in particular is the one that does the estimates so it is great to get to meet him and talk to him. They are not the cheapest but their prices are definitely fair. They are very professional.

Bill came and explained what our options were and what they would do. On the day of the install, Bill and the crew arrived on time and finished the entire job in one day. The next morning he came by and helped me move the area rugs and furniture back in place. Bill and the entire crew were friendly and professional. You could tell how much pride they all take in their work. I highly recommend for hardwood floors.

Fabulous. His crew was always on time, very neat, very knowledgable, and always paid attention to detail. They made 52 year old floors look like they were just installed. They were very respectful of our property, and were very careful moving about the house. I would gladly recommend this company to anybody interested in thier services. I would use them again. Absolutely no complaints.
