They turned out to be really good. They did a very decent job. They came out on time and charged me the price that they were supposed to. At first, they came out to unclog the sewer line, a week ago. Later, they came out to clean the line. I haven’t compared their prices with that of the other companies, but I think they were fair. I’ll definitely use them again.

We were having a sewer back up into our basement, it was very small but we knew it would only get worse. I was recommended to them from another plumber on Angie's List who did not do this work. They came out and gave us an estimate to replace the pipe from the house to the sewer about $4,000, he recommended that we do a video inspection first (an additional $400) so they could map where the pipe was in the yard so they could carefully dig without disrupting to much. We decided to have the video done and we were able to find out that we did not need to replace the pipe at all we just need to drill out a large amount of roots at one part of the pipe and have a chemical clean (like Drano for sewer pipes, it helps kill roots and keep them from growing back). The work was done in about 3 hours and now we just need to have a chemical clean twice a year. We saved over $3,000 and did not have to dig up our yard.

I originally called to check on how much it would cost for an estimate on the above items including a leaking radiator which had been leaking from a poor seal left from a previous plumber. He initially said that it would be about 40-49 dollars for a look/see but that would be deducted from my overall bill. When he came out he checked the sink, then I showed him the small almost imperceptible leak on the hot water valve for the washer and then I showed him the radiator. He went from the sink to the washer/dryer. Then said "Oh for them both $175.00. But for the radiator, um, probably about $225 because I have to take off the entire pipe and start fresh." OK. I said I'll wait on that. He kept asking me were the radiator leaked and I repeatedly told him from a joint that had not been properly connected... I could see the leak. He apparently wouldn't believe me. He then unclogged the drain, cleaned up, went to the washer dryer and just tightened the valve with his wrench.

Excellent. I found the plumber to be very pleasant and professional. They live up to their name. They gave me same day service which was impossible to find.

The job went extremely well. Speedy had the special auger drill that meant they didn't have to do excess damage. They were able to lift the sidewalk slab and replace it without breaking it- saved me HUNDREDS of dollars! All the other companies estimated much more and didn't have the equipment needed to minimize the damage.
