Description of Work: I needed a chimney liner per the city building code since I added a new furnace |and central A/C. My house did not have any chimney liner at all. Joe Prato was |recommended by the heating and AC contractor. He is also known by the city inspectors. His people installed a stainless steel liner with a cap on my chimney. It was a nice clean job and passed city inspection. Well done!

Description of Work: Joe came in to provide an estimate for inspecting and fixing a chimney. He should up on time and was courteous. However, he refused to go up on the roof and examined the chimney from the ground using binoculars. He promised to have an estimate the afternoon he did the inspection. That was on 12/28. Neither I nor my realtor has heard from him since. It has been 1.5 weeks since he did the inspection.
