Description of Work: Made an appointment with them 5 days in advanced for 3/31. No one showed up and no one called. Not a company I would put any faith in when a simple meet and greet can not even be accomplished.

Description of Work: HE CAME AND LOOKED,VERY POLITE, BUT NO QUOTE WAS GIVEN. I THINK THE JOB WAS TOO SMALL FOR HIS COMPANY OR HE DIDN'T WANT TO CORRECT SOMETHING THAT WAS DONE BY ANOTHER COMPANY. (AS PER THE CITY INSPECTOR THE ORIGINAL JOB DID NOT MEET THE CITY'S CODE AND NEEDED TO CORRECTED) HOW DO YOU GIVE A GRADE IF WORK WAS NOT DONE? MAYBE YOU SHOULD ADD NA TO QUESTION #1.
