I moved to this area 18 months ago, and needed to find a housekeeper quickly. I wanted a service, and one that was bonded and insured. Initially, things were OK. First cleaning was terrific, but then service dropped down. OK, but not great. Teams were switched frequently without notice to me. Ongoing work was spotty; some weeks OK, others were awful. I have hardwood and tile floors and sometimes they were barely touched. During allergy season, i could see large areas of the floors that hadn't been even dusted. Sheets were frequently put on inside out. One week, the bed was made with the blanket on top of the bedspread. Bathroom and kitchen cleaning OK, but it never sparkled. THey will put clean sheets on your bed, but require the customer to strip the bed. Many weeks, random lights were left on in my home. Two times they left without locking the door behind them. The housekeepers were always nice and pleasant. The office manager is often almost rude, and not responsive to customer service. If you think its because I complained often, its not. In 18 months of service, i called to complain 3 or 4 times. I had also told them that since i had weekly service, i didn't need a reminder call the Friday before. They still called. I had double billing issues on two occasions. They fixed it, but I had to be firm and convincing for them to take action. They are expensive. I'm fine paying high prices, but I want great work if I do. Finally, the new team they assigned came later and later each week. 3-4 weeks i got home at 6PM and they had just arrived, when they were supposed to clean anytime between 12-5. I told them clearly that I wanted them done by 5PM, and offered to switch days. Never heard back from the office. Then the housekeeper would call me at my office at 5PM and ask me if I still wanted them to come because they were going to be late, and then would show up at 6:30 or 7PM to begin service. On the day that was turned out to be my final service, the housekeeper once again called to say she was going to be late. I returned her call and got voicemail to tell her "yes," and then she never showed up. I called the office the next day, and got their voicemail at 3:30PM. They didn't return the call, and I called back at 4:30 and they answered. The manager was blase about the whole thing, and offered no apology. When I pushed her for an explanation, she told me that the housekeeper had showed up, but the door was locked. A boldface lie. I finally fired them. I don't know what took me so long.

I THINK THAT THIS COMPANY DOES A NICE JOB FOR ME. THEY COME EVERY TWO WEEKS AND CLEAN EVERYTHING. THEY ALSO CHARGE ME EACH TIME THEY COME, AND I REALLY APPRECIATE THAT.
