They pride themselves on never letting a customer down and they live up to the promise. My home has a variety of delicate materials and surfaces all of which need special attention. Very friendly, thorough and professional. If I need help again, I will call them back. I moved into an old house and Innes Cleaners helped me with the initial cleaning, which was an immense help! They missed a few drawers, but some of them don't have handles, so not a big deal.

I hired Innes Cleaners as a on-time move-out cleaning of my apartment. They were a little late (the job before mine took longer than expected) but as soon as they arrived they were hard at work. They brought all their own supplies which i appreciated since I had nothing in my apartment. They worked longer than expected but they didn't charge me more than the estimate they gave me. They were very friendly and did a great job.

Innes, her husband Marco, and another worker were fantastic. Not only are they sweet and extremely friendly people, but their service was equally excellent. They cleaned this large house perfectly, top to bottom. They spent extra time making sure it was totally clean. They went the extra mile and cleaned the top of cabinets, light fixtures, and never watched the clock. They just cleaned until the job was totally complete. Phenomenal. My wife and I couldn't have been happier and we recommend them to anyone looking for a cleaning service. Great people and great workers.
