Really wonderful and trustworthy company

Quality of work is very good and the people/owner are very friendly. The price they charge is good as well. Only issue I've had is punctuality.

Staff does very good and thorough cleaning. I would highly recommend their services.

They are extremely professional, always communicative, on time, and responsive to ad hoc requests. We ve been working with Innes Cleaning Services for almost 2 years and have no intention to look anywhere else!

The cleaners arrived to my home an hour and 20 minutes late after being told that they would be here 15 minutes after their scheduled time. Upon arrival I was unable to communicate with the workers because they did not speak English so everything needed to be translated through management making interactions very challenging. They did not clean any of the mirrors in my home, failed to clean the window sills and used bleach to clean my toilet seat resulting in the coating being stripped. When I brought the issue to management, I was sent a screen shot of a toilet seat from home depot for $5.98 and told that I should go buy a replacement and that she would take $3 off my cleaning bill since the seat is used. My toilet seat did not cost $5.98. When I mentioned this to management, I was told Surely you do not have money to pay for the cleaning service.. and I do not have money to give you either. I was appalled and insulted. I paid for the service, minus $15 to cover the cost of my toilet seat. I cannot in good faith recommend Innes Cleaning Service. The quality of work was sub par and the customer service experience was very unacceptable. Very disappointing.

Marco did a great job power washing the deck and fence. He took his time and it looks brand new again

Friendly courteous. I called them back to freshen up a few windows before my open house, they came back within a day or so and did not charge me!

Thorough deep cleaning for a fair price. We will use them again without hesitation.

I ve never seen my home so clean. They even polished the floors, organized the home and left the house feeling like new. This was my first experience with a cleaning service and it will certainly not be my last with Innes Cleaning.

I hired Innes to clean my home 2-3 times. The first time she came with a team. Afterwards, she would book appointments with me and not show up. That is highly unprofessional. Do not have me waiting for you and your team thinking you will show up to clean my house and then be a no-show. I would call her and twice she said she confused me with someone else. Unprofessional. Thank God I found a better and professional service in the area.

Amazing cleaning company! Not only is their work quality (my house is spotless every time) but they are the nicest people. Very organized and fair price for the work. Their attention to detail is awesome - would recommend to everyone!

The (2) girls were brought in the morning (after 8). They started working right away. They had forgotten a part of the vacuum (bottom brush) so they were vacuuming with the metal hose for a while till it was brought in to them. They rushed at the end as they were getting picked up (11 o'clock) one of the girls started going to the living room w/out watching what the other girl was doing (and she was stopped) but I have her footprints on my floor very noticeable. She was putting the hard wood polish to it and when she stepped, she didn't go over it again and I have the foot prints shield. They also spilled some cleaning product on the counter (in a small area) and took the shine off (it looks as there is something on) and a cleaning product was dropped on the kitchen floor and left a spilled spot like on the tile that I can't get off. When Mario came in to check the work, I hadn't had the chance to check anything out. He took his shoes off to come in as to not dirty the floors. I don't know what they use on the floors but they have an unbelievable sign to them. The girls have to be more careful though as hair was left on the floor and they put that floor product that shield it in. Overall, the placed looked very nice, cleaned and the shining floors were an aw. I will use them again but I will point out the mistakes that they did before so we don't have the same issues.

Very nice workers who did a very nice job. They did a thorough, professional job. everything they touched is now super clean; the tile nd metal surfaces are now shiny and brilliant. they spent more time than the estimate, but they charged exactly what they said they would charge beforehand. And the charge was quite reasonable. Yes, I intend to use them again in the future.

They are fabulous! Came in and did a deep cleaning on my house. They had quoted me 3 hours work, they spent almost 4.5 hours and didn't charge any extra. Don't know what they used but my wood floors haven't looked this good ever! Have already recommended them to several friends
