Brandon was the person who came to do our installation. He had the idea of putting the cable box between the back of the flat screen TV and the wall with the TV at a slight angle which was mounted over my fireplace. The installation came out excellemt, there are no wires and no need for an entertainment center to hold the cable box since its actually behind the TV and the remote works perfectly. Really great service and I will definitely use them again in the fuiture.

Brandon spent several hours at my house on Saturday carefully configuring and connecting all of my audio and home theater equipment in the living room. This is a very complex set-up because I actually run two different systems on the same platform, one for multi-channel home theater and also a dedicated two-channel system. The only things the 2 systems have in common are the front speakers (the HT prepro accesses the fronts via an HT Bypass connection in my tube stereo preamp). Brandon was meticulous and patient. He was also very neat and tidy. The install presented a number of unexpected hiccups, but he managed to work through or around them to get everything up and running almost flawlessly before he left. I say and quot;almostand quot; because we both knew before he started that he would still have some macro programming to do for the remote after he left. All in all, I'm very excited to have discovered a service provider as knowledgeable and responsive as Brandon and will use him for lots of other things going forward. Highly recommended.
