It did not happen because they do not service my area

I decided to go with Go Green because of their overall rating and positive feedback. Their pricing was also reasonable and they were offering a yearly maintenance plan. I received a quick response to my initial inquiry and was able to set up an appointment within a few days. My appointment was scheduled during one of the coldest weeks this year. Go Green called me to inform me that their guy was running late for the appointment due to having to service existing clients that were having problems with their heating systems. I asked to reschedule the appointment for the following week. Technician arrived on time for the rescheduled appointment and routine maintenance was performed without any problems. Technician took the time to explain the heating statements and to answer a few questions. I am very pleased with the service and would recommend without any hesitation.

It was a good review of our system with helpful tips provided.

The firm told me exactly what was needed and the price and did not try to sell me on a more expensive solution. Will definitely use again.

PROVIDED useful guidance on how to replace main vent

A Nightmare! The technician replaced a part, that I had to pay for, and did not know how to get my furnace to work again. Left me to figure it out with PSE&G 1 day before Christmas. I never thought companies that are part of Angies List would leave a project without finishing it. Here is an example.

Later in the season I had a problem with the furnace, I guess the blower was out. I called them and they were very responsive. It was not something that they had done anything with to begin with. I believe they told me the blower and something else was on its last let. The important thing was that I called them on a Saturday morning and they were able to attend to it and fix it by noon. It was the furnace in the middle of the winter so I was very happy.

It went well. It was not more than $65. Because I did like them on the $65 I called them back. I was very happy with them. I then later took out a maintenance agreement with them for the year. They would be the one that I call with any other problems.

Arti has done a great job and explained the HVAC cleaning process well. We are happy with their service.

The service was fine. I had no complaints. There was nothing special. I paid more not for the service they advertised. The Big Deal did only clean the vents but not the ducts. It is a little misleading, but I ended up getting the duct cleaning service and I ended up spending $500 with them. I do not think there was anything spectacular, but they were competent. They called me. I do not think there is anything spectacular, but it was good. I would possibly use them again, but the service is only needed every 10 years.

Excellent workmanship by Arti and his crew. Arti went out of way to work around our schedule. All work done on timely manner. Kept work are neat and clean. our inspection was passed in first time.

Extremely satisfied with GoGreen from start to finish!! Receptionist was polite & very informative. This was the 1st time I've had my air ducts cleaned & HVAC system serviced, so I was not familiar with the process or the components of my system. She explained to me in great detail what the process entails. I was able to schedule an appointment for service rather quickly, and they were willing to be very flexible with my busy work schedule. The technician even gave me a call when he was on his way to my home the morning of my appointment (really appreciated that heads-up)! When the tech arrived (on time) he was polite, friendly, and greeted me with professionalism. He went on to explain in full detail the process & cost of the services I requested. The air duct cleaning was quick & painless, the only equipment that had to come into my house was the hose (vacuum was outside attached to company vehicle)... this made the process quick, clean, and quiet. I couldn't believe the amount of dust and debris that was trapped in my ductwork! He then did a complete tuneup on my HVAC system ensuring that it was operating properly and efficiently. Again, quick and painless. Pricing was fair and reasonable (much lower than I had been quoted by other companies). Even gave 10% off for being a first-time customer! I have full confidence and every intention to have my HVAC system routinely maintained by GoGreen every upcoming heating and cooling season.
