"[Member name removed], When the gutters were last cleaned we recommended the gutters be cleaned again in June, as indicated on the bottom of your last invoice. The reason we recommended having the gutters cleaned is spring debris that drops in May clogs the gutters and therefore needs to be removed. Since you did not have the gutters cleaned at the recommended time, of course they will be clogged. Our work only last so long, and especially with all of the heavy rains it knock much of the remaining debris off of the trees. Had you called us after noticing an issue within 30 days a crew would have been dispatched back, at not charge. Since you never notified us, there is not much that we can do to help you. This review was the first point of contact on your part."

"If we did a quality job and you were happy then why would you give us a C? As far as price, if you were not happy with the cost you should not have hired us, as we did provide the cost prior to the service being done and you agreed to have it done."

All of our work is guaranteed and we would have been glad to send a crew back to address any work-related issues including a mess. As for the new gutters which were installed we offered a 20 year warranty when you signed for the work and if your gutters needed to be replaced, we would have done so free of charge. Since you never notified us, we never knew about the issues and thus could not have helped you."
