The furnace install (5 years ago) was fast and very professional. What has also been superb is the post install service! I have called several times over the years with questions (including twice this morning!) and Bill always gets back to me quickly and talks me through fixing the problem myself over the phone. He could have easily just booked a service visit and made some extra money off me and I would have been none the wiser. Instead he goes above and beyond to talk me through fixing the problem myself. Will definitely use again for our next major heating or plumbing job!

Falcon made an effort to squeeze me in for today. He came in and identified the problem quickly and got my boiler working. Very pleased with the service.

The job was done in an expedient and highly professional fashion. Bill the owner returned my inquiry immediately. He was down at my house to assess the situation and made arrangements to replace my boiler at my convenience. His crew were adept and highly skilled as well as very neat. My basement was left spotless.. Before I knew it I had a new steam boiler. I might add that Falcon's prices are extremely fair. Bill was recommended by a family member who also needed a boiler replaced. They were very happy with the work he did, so I met Bill, as well as a number of other plumbers in the area, and found him to be the most responsive, the most flexible with scheduling, and the most reasonably priced. Day of the installation his team arrived on time and finished by the end of the day as promised—which I'm grateful for as it was bitterly cold outside. They were friendly and very respectful of our home, and didn't mind my two young sons watching them work. Our boiler room was left in better shape than they found it, and Bill followed up the next day to ensure there were no problems. I'd highly recommend Falcon Plumbing.

Great. I'm somewhat mechanically inclined, and met with four different companies before choosing Falcon. Bill knew his stuff, and was very low key & not pushy on up-selling. The installation was perfect. They even painted the steam pipes coming into the boiler with glossy black paint so it would complement the shiny new boiler they just installed. They also recommended a sub-brand of a major manufacturer with the same specs, but much cheaper, so I went with that unit. I inquired about other plumbing questions (like a whole house water filter) and Bill always recommended more economical solutions. Totally trust worthy company with high mechanical standards.

I knew a permit was needed. I did not know that the contractor was responsible for the permit. I asked the owner and was informed that since it was an emergency install the permit would have to be done afterwards so that the city inspection and approval could be done. Then he asked if I would like them to apply for the permit as if it were optional. I said yes, I'd like them to handle it. The owner or someone he sent went applied foe the permit and then never picked it up. We'd discussed me paying him the cost for the permit paying once they picked up the permit and delivered it to me. That never happened and I had to take time to go pick up the permit and was basically scolded and educated by my city permit department and other contractors who happened to be there on how I should not be down there handling the permit even for an emergency install. Other than that the appointment and installation went well. The installers actually came back shortly after leaving to install a grounding wire they had to go purchase. They informed me that it would not have passed inspection without the wire. They were on time and professional. As Angie's List request I give as much as possible to help others I would like to add that after paying for the entire service via the deal I found out from my city permit department that payment in full should not be made to the contractor until after inspection. This is due to my lack of knowledge and required payment to get the voucher. However, to help others I did notice that Angie's List did not pay the contractor right away, which may have been to allow for that inspection time. I called Angie's List to ensure he was paid after the contractor said payment was not received, but prior to inspection. I would suggest allowing the process to take it's time before Angie's List pays the contractor just in case there is an issue that needs to be resolved in order to pass inspection.

Brilliant service and very friendly - you're in safe, honest hands - love these guys! My water heater started to leak, called Bill in the morning and by afternoon - to my astonishment - it was replaced at a price that beat everyone else hands down. Won't be doing business with anyone else!

It went very well. The owner and workers were well organized, courteous, on time and did a great job. I had also got quotes from two other Angie's list businesses for this boiler. I think these other two were also competent, but their prices were too high. Falcon did a great job for a reasonable price. I don't hesitate to recommend them.

Bill Falco was extremely professional and understanding - he was able to shift around his schedule to come the same day. He came quick to inspect what supplies he would need and then returned about 2 hours later and had it fixed within an hour. In the course he also identified other issues that were probably done by either unlicensed, inexperienced or unprofessional plumbers as there were multiple points where pipes were not capped. I certainly plan to call on Falcon for my next plumbing needs.

They did a free estimate within two hours after I first called them. They provided me a very reasonable price which was much better than some well-known large companies. They arrived the next day and finished the job professionally. Highly recommend their services to people who have similar need.

He is wonderful. A year before, they put in the hot water heater and the boiler, in January of 2015. It was reasonable. I've had trouble with other ones, but he is fantastic. No one else is touching my boiler. I have a warranty with him for the next 10 years. They were very professional, they cleaned. It was a wonderful experience, I can't say enough about them. They're just great, their price is great. Anytime I call the owner, he is really nice to me, he comes. I was having a floor put in the basement. It was in November of 2014, it was supposed to be finished in two weeks. Well, it took them two months. I had to cancel him four times. Not once did he get mad and then he said to me, "Rita, don't worry, you just call me when you want me to put it. You don't have to keep calling me, it's alright." He is just great. He had the best price of anyone. I looked him up on Angie's List, HomeAdvisor or whatever, but people in the neighborhood told me he was fantastic. He is in Bloomfield about a half an hour from my house. When he came over, he sat down with me, he wrote up the contract and everything and he said to me, "I have everything written up, I'm giving you a copy, call me when you want me to do the job." I looked over everything, it was really nice. He didn't have any of this stuff over there that if you don't pay by this time you're going to court and all that, he didn't have any of that stuff on the contract. He had a clean contract. He wound up coming over here around January 15 of 2015. That's when he put the boiler and hot water heater in and he was nice about it. His men cleaned up everything, they were really nice to me. Any questions they had I answered. They were really great. The place was clean as anything. They had put some piping in then too because when you put in a boiler and a hot water heater you have pipes that need to be replaced and everything. When I called the inspector in town he told me, "I don't even have to check on them, they're so good." I said, "Well, you're going to check on them anyway." So he came out and passed it. He said to me, "I don't expect any problems with anything. Every job that we check of theirs everything is always done." The guy came over, he was here a few minutes and he said, "I told you, this guy knows what he is doing." I didn't have any problems with him. He wound up to be the best price. I had guys coming over here tell me it was going to cost me $25000, $17000. I got another guy for $16500. He was just great and he gave me a senior citizen discount without me asking him. I've given him referrals, I don't know if people have actually used him. I work at a real estate office, I'm a realtor, anyone ask me for a plumber, right away I give them him.

I'm so happy I choose Falcon to replace my furnace. Not only did using Falcon save me thousands of dollars, but they also were amazing. They were responsive, clean, hard working, and made an all day job an easy affair. I'll be calling them the next time I have a problem.

Contacted company and the owner answered the phone. Explained we needed to have a duct rerouted to open in a wall. He stated that he is the ONLY worker in the company and is backed up for months. He also stated that the work wasn't worth his time. Don't know how all his other reviewers gave him an A if he doesn't have the time or staff to address so many jobs.

Would highly recommend him for plumbing and heating work. I appreciate his honesty and integrity.

Contacted Falcon, person answering the phone seemed stressed, borderline hostile. Asked me how I got his number. I said "Angie's List." He sighed heavily and told me he had no time to do any work for me. I said it wasn't time-critical and I could wait a week or two. He said, "I'm sorry. I just don't have time to help you." And hung up. I understand being overbooked, but I really felt like it wasn't handled well, or professionally. The tone of the conversation made me feel like I was trying to get into a private club I wasn't a member of, wearing sneakers.

Mr. Falco was incredibly professional and his crew was incredible. They offered the best price for the level of service provided. I wouldn't think twice about using Falcon again.

Falcon Plumbing, NJ installed a gas steam furnace boiler for us last October 2015 that saved us money and worked great. Falcon just installed a new 75 gal. gas hot water heater. The same team of plumbers showed-up, and the work was done quickly, cleanly. Price was competitive, as this was a new installation.

It is working fine. Just great. Reasonable.

I really appreciated Bill's attention to my situation, even before the work began. My boiler was replaced promptly. His crew's work is immaculate. After installation he and his crew gave me preventive maintenance tips that are very helpful. Bill even spoke to my home owner's insurance company to help settle my claim.
