DLP did an amazing job upgrading the electrical box in my house. The original box and subpanel were a mess and a hazard. The job was done quickly, and well. DLP also took care of securing permits and scheduling inspections. Aside from the great work, they were easy to communicate with, schedule and work with. The cost of the service was also lower than two other electricians that I got quotes from.

It went great. Don was very responsive. He was efficient, professional and reasonably priced. We needed it done right away and he really helped us out by fitting me in within a day or two. He is super nice too! We are going to be calling him back soon to put in some high hats.

It went as expected with a little delay due to bad weather (heavy rain & thunder storm). He's also very flexible with our days availability. Dependable. He would respond right away.

Everything went very smoothly. Initial call to DLP was answered in a very courteous manner. Donald was supremely responsive, sought clarification for the nature of job to be done. Once appointment was booked, he was punctual for the appointment and brought along all the tools and equipment required for the task. Finally the job was completed in less than one hour and he was very easy to get along with. I will definitely recommend DLP electricals.

Don did a great job from beginning to end. He was always on time, very responsive, stayed in touch throughout the project, was flexible and also uncovered (and fixed) an overloaded circuit that could have caused a big problem. We were very comfortable having Don do the work even when we weren't home. We would definitely recommend Don and will certainly use him for future projects.

Don and his co-worker are very friendly and did a very nice job installing the internal power source in the wall required to power the video doorbell. They tapped into the light switch in the wall and then installed an outlet internally in the wall below it which is now covered with a nice access panel. They placed the doorbell where we wanted it on the outside for maximum visibility and everything works seamlessly.

Don did such a great, efficient, and clean job installing our outlets and garage lights. We had called a few electricians who were rude and gruff, and we found Don by chance-- and how lucky that was! Don was patient, kind, and thorough-- my husband and I really felt like we had a better understanding of our electric system after Don taught us about it. This is my fifth major project with Mr. Pratola. He is just the best. We bought a Victorian house that needs a lot of work. The first job he did for me, he came out on short notice during a bad storm to replace our porch light. I liked him instantly. He is super fast, cleans up well and comes up with alternate solutions to problems when needed, which is most other people's downfall. It is obvious that by the quality of his work, he is very experienced. And is super friendly and polite ( which is rare these days)! Since that first time, he has done many different types of jobs for me. He has updated our electric panels, done complicated rewiring, replaced fixtures inside and out. I have been super happy with the results of every job and he has always been willing to work around my difficult work schedule. Yep, He's a top notch electrician. Thanks, Don!

Brought outlets that were not grounded up to code. Also added a GFI in kitchen. Work was completed in a timely manner and premises were left cleaned.

Went great. Having a house built in the 50s you never know what your'e going to find behind the walls. The ceiling lights were no joke. The room was unfortunately not the best layout for running electrical and Don and Pat had to drill through and snack wire through at least 6 ceiling joists and run around 3 ventilation ducts. LED lights look great and work perfectly for the room. Kitchen light was a bear as well with wiring through old piping and such but it came out great. Don was super responsive and professional and did a great job.

This is the second job i've had Don and Pat do and they were awesome. Super professional and did a great job. Needed an upgraded service line for a new dishwasher and they were promptly on time and did a great job. They even helped disconnect the dishwasher (which they did not have to do) to make sure the job was done properly. I'm having them come back to upgrade the whole house and move a meter. I trust them and they do great work.
