Don came by and gave me a reasonable quote for the work. He made all the arrangements with the town and PSE&G and did the job in one day. The inspector came out and everything was up to code.

I called Don on a Monday morning, needing to make a couple of repairs to my rental property. I provided him with my tenants contact information and asked him to coordinate with them to get into the house. IN LESS THAN 2 HOURS, he had sent me texts with pictures of the work that needed to be done, called me to explain what he was going to do, and he then completed the work. It doesn't get much better than that - no wonder he has an A rating!

Don was great to work with, he was always on time and always responsive. He installed beautiful recessed lighting across the ceiling, a ceiling fan, as well as tackling some 100 year-old funky wiring. He did it all for a very reasonable price, and is consistently lower than any other electrician we have contacted, without compromising on quality. Now we don't even bother getting any other quotes, he's our permanent go-to electrician.

Don was Great!!! He actually saw the problem and solved it! My hot tub had been disconnected for other house repairs, and I was unable to get it rewired for use. Don took the time to study the problem and find a solution as opposed to other contractors who came in and without really looking at what I had in the hot tub control panel, gave me outlandish estimates and walked away. Don saved me thousands of dollars and headache. I'm so grateful for Don's work I'd rehire him in a second. Thanks Don! Come by the hot tub any time!

Don from DLP Electric was one of three companies I requested a quote from. One of the other companies gave me a quote and only one option. Another did not even show up. He was honest with me by saying he would not be able to give me an estimate until he starts looking at the existing wiring, but discussed possible options that he will look at. On those two factors, I hired Don and I made the right choice. Don came by as scheduled, on time and ready to work. Don looked at the wiring and provided me two different options, both of which were 60% cheaper than the other quote. Don did a fantastic job! I would and am going to hire him again for my next job.

This company came on very short notice to accommodate all our needs. We called and shared our issue and they came less than an hour later to make sure that what needed to be done was finished by a certain time. Would defiantly recommend this company again!

Don responded to our request for service promptly and completed the ceiling installation immediately, for the amount he estimated. His work was particularly impressive because another electrician that had tried to complete this same installation was unable to get the job done. I will definitely use this electrician again.

He and Pat arrived on time and are nice as can be. They walked me and my husban through what they were going to do and everything went seamlessly. Don Pratola and his team were always punctual, kept me completely informed of the process and completed the job as specified. His quoted price was fair and reasonable. Any followup was also prompt and efficient as well as are returned phone messages. I would definitely use DLP again for any work in my home.

I called Don on Thursday last week and he was there the next day at the time he said he would. He and Pat took a look at what was going on and let me know what the issue was and what needed to be done to fix it. He said he can schedule something for me this week sometime. Got a message from him during the weekend and said he could be here this past Monday morning. He was here on time, explained exactly what he needed to do. Very professional, informative and will definitely use DLP again. Pretty much I found my electrician! Great job!! Highly recommend!!!

Working with Don is fantastic. It's always easy to get a hold of him whether by phone or text, which is fantastic since no one wants to play voicemail phone-tag nowadays. He came out for an estimate the same day I called him. Not only was his work flawless but he also made it a point to reach out to the HVAC contractor to make sure they were both on the same page with what needed to be done. And to top it off he followed up after the job was done to check that everything was good and offered to come out again if needed. All in all Don is very qualified, available, and most of all cares about his work. I would recommend him in a heartbeat, and definitely plan to work with him again.

The electrician and his assistant arrived promptly at the scheduled date and time and was extremely professional in appearance and demeanor. He was superbly helpful and took the time to explain everything he had done. His quote was by far the fairest quote I had received and he stood behind everything he said he would do. I often times feel swindled by service people because they always seem to find something else that needs to be done in addition to the work that was originally agreed upon which in turn jacks up the cost of the original quote. In the case of DLP Electric, none of occurred. In fact, he was honest and up front about what we thought was an electrical issue which turned out to simply be a non-functioning appliance that can easily be replaced without the help of an electrician. These are the only guys I'll have in our house for any future electrical needs! Thanks guys!
